Mweb answer your phone
Mweb has the worst customer care service in the South Africa after numerous calls and no answer, I emailed my query as my package was not lowered as requested. I spent 20 minutes on a call yesterday and today my services is disconnected after chatting to a consultant from billing yesterday. Im totally disappointed with Mweb and you have just lost another client.

Worst Service Ever !!! FIBRESTREAM
Firstly I would not even give one star for service with Fibrestream, please Hello Peter create a new ranking system with one star minus. Fibrestream is the most useless company ever, support takes all the uncomfortable calls whilst we as clients can be cut off for the entire long weekend, we were told by support that accounts only works until 12 noon on a Saturday, surely this company can afford to hire a weekend helper for accounts? My family and I have been affected by loadshedding, KZN flooding and a lack of assistance / workers to fulfill their mandate off looking after and assisting their clients. My account and thousands of others as per support at Fibrestream went through the same dilemma of not having fibre. Fibrestream in this day and age please provide prompt, efficient and better customer service
