I am extremely concerned and disappointed about a situation involving a Nedbank proof of payment. I received what appeared to be a legitimate Nedbank proof of payment for R18,000.00. However, the funds have never reflected in my account. After sending the proof of payment, the individual stopped answering my calls and messages, which raises serious concerns that the document may have been used to mislead me. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I have already sent an email to Nedbank reporting the matter and asking for assistance, but I have not received any response. This raises an important question: how is it possible for someone to generate or send a Nedbank payment notification when the funds were never actually transferred? Situations like this can easily be used to **** people into releasing goods or services. I would appreciate urgent clarification from Nedbank on how this can happen and what measures are in place to protect customers from this type of *****. I hope Nedbank will take this matter seriously and respond as soon as possible.
Most of the time we use this app to complain, but today I want to send a huge thank you to the Manager and staff at Ackermans in Cosmo City Shopping Centre, Ext 2. You know, it’s rare to find people who truly go beyond the call of duty to make someone’s day but you did exactly that. Thank you for your kindness; you genuinely changed someone’s day yesterday. May you continue to grow, and may God bless you with all the desires of your heart.
I had such an amazing time it’s hard to know where to begin! Everything was truly fantastic. The staff were exceptional, and the overall experience felt so unforgettable. Thank you, Suncoast, for providing such a memorable time. I genuinely enjoyed every moment.
Yesterday, I booked a return ticket, intending to travel from Durban to Johannesburg in the morning and return from Johannesburg to Durban in the afternoon . However, upon receiving the confirmation email, I realized that the itinerary was incorrect. Unfortunately, while on my way to the airport, my phone battery died. I had copied the booking reference number on a piece of paper, hoping this would be sufficient to receive help from the airline staff. However, when I arrived at the airport, the staff informed me that they were unable to assist me using the Travelstart reference number. I explained my situation and asked if they could retrieve the booking using my ID, especially since there was still time to make adjustments, but my request was denied. As a result, I was forced to purchase a new ticket at my own expense, which was extremely frustrating and disappointing especially considering the issue stemmed from an incorrect booking and a lack of support on-site despite having the travelstat reference number.
I am extremely disappointed regarding a recent experience with the picknpay westwood mall and app service. On Friday, 25 April, I placed an order at 13:00, which was delivered to my home only at 19:30 well beyond the expected delivery window. Upon inspecting the delivery, I found that several items were missing from the bags. I immediately contacted your customer care line, the store in question, and also followed up with an email to report the issue. Despite these efforts, I have yet to receive any form of feedback or reimbur*****t for the missing items. This lack of communication and failure to resolve the issue has been both frustrating and disappointing. I expected better service from a brand of your reputation, especially when it comes to basic accountability and customer support.
I applied for the January deal at Telkom for uncapped wifi which was supposed to be R807 and I got the deal. From the first month, Telkom charged R1200+ and I thought that it was pro-rata charges or something so I didn't mind. The second month came to Telkom charged me R1200+ again I called the call center and they told me everything was okay on their side so I thought maybe it must be a mistake. Four months of Telkom overcharging for a contract that was supposed to be 807. To date, I have been overcharged more than R3800 by Telkom. I went to the store and opened a dispute and the consultant saw that my contract was wrong so she opened a dispute so I can be credited with my money but later that day someone called me a told me that my account can not be credited because I benefited from the incorrect contract. 9 months Telkom has been taking my money now I am supposed to be happy that I was given a wrong contact. I went back to the store again to get this sorted and I am still waiting for the contract to be changed to the correct one and the money I am owed to be credited to my account. I am very disappointed with Telkom they are a huge company to be stealing money from their users.
