Ithuba pathetic
Since the update last week you cannot reset your password without getting an "sequence contains no elements" error ,regardless of what password you try. No response after 3 e-mails and when calling you get disconnected after 15 minutes. This is appalling ,I've been struggling a week now because there are funds in my wallet ,but it seems impossible. nico.bosman10@gmail.com

Stay away from Unitas hospital
Stay away from this hospital the service and treatment is appaulling. There is a male nurse in men's section that they call Joman. He is extremely rude to patients and can't even insert a drip. Any complaints and he comes and deals with you personally...not in a nice way. Be warned

Unable to contact Travelstart
I made a flight booking on Travelstart for end Nov. Unfortunately I had to cancel the booking due to an accident. It seems impossible to contact Travelstart to cancel the booking. They only give you a WhatsApp nr for correspondence. I tried the WhatsApp twice with no response.

Stay away from Wacky Wednesday deal
Bought 2 burgers with wacky Wednesday deal and found it very bad. Small slice of tomato on the burger which was rotten to a point that you could smell it when opening the box. Lettuce was limp and soggy. Virtually no sauce which made it to be very dry. Gave it to the dogs

RCS fraudulent transaction
Hi I have a Makro card which I have not used for more than a year. On the 25th of June this year I received an SMS that there was a transaction of R3000 done on the card at Foshini. The card was in my possession and I never did this transaction. I called RCS and reported the fraudulent transaction and they sent me the documents to complete and return to their dispute dept , which I have done twice now. Up to this day they keep on calling me and sending SMS 's for demand of payment ,no matter how many times I explain.
