They send a debit heck mandate to my bank without authorization even before installing a unit on my car, after they failed to honour an appointment to do do an installation on one of my cars. Their methods leave a lot to be desired.
Their customer service is bad, they feel entitled and are quick to refer account issues to their attorneys, before communicating with the customer. I have canceled their service because of bad customer care.
The service was excellent, after my accident they were quick to respond and offer support. The claims process was not bad
I ordered an item online on the 27/01/2025, delivery was indicated to be on the 03/02/25. On the 04/02/25, phones call centre and was told deliveryvwill be expedited, then today after notocongnno change on the app, phoned and order is now cancelled because item is out of stock. What's worse is they now want to refund me a portion of the full amountni paid and effectively charge me for non delivery and cancellation. I will definitely not be ordering anything from Makro online again. Pure incompetence from the call centre team as well.

Bought 3 items from 3 merchants, full balance reserved on my account, yesterday saw 3 debits from Float, have been trying to get an explanation of the debits to no avail. Contact centre is completely useless, nobody answers calls.
Worst experience in customer service. Used facility to by a bed from Comfy, realized the bed was just a frame so canceled the deal with Comfy same day and notified payjustnow. My bank account was debited and to date I have been trying to call them to no avail. Website run by chat bots and not helpful. Rather use your card the traditional way and go to the actual store. I'm still waiting for feedback since last week.
Was interested in buying a Polo GTI red 2017 model advertised for R187 000 on auto trader. Called them and dealt with Zanele, who was rude just because I asked for a DEKRA or AA report. Buyer please beware of this used car dealership.
I registered a complaint against Chrysler Fiat Sandton, all responses were submitted in July 2023, no decision has been received to date, when I call their offices to enquire on progress I'm told they have no time limits to respond and now my matter cannot escalate to the NCC, as they need a response letter first. I am being held at Ranson by T Mereriane who is supposedly a senior case manager, simply because I disagreed with his decision in another matter.
Worst workshop ever. Took my Audi S4 for mechatronic and gearbox issues, they purportedly replaced the mechatronic, then car broke down still under their warranty, took it back to them 4 times for the same issue, on the last occasion they alleged to have repaired it, only for car to break down while enroute to Polokwane, they refused to tow the car and said I must bear the costs after initially agreeing thereto. Worst thing, on the 4 occasions i took the car back to them, they would drive it extensively under the guise of testing in, to the extent that they managed to clock over 300km in one weekend, the last occasion they didn't even bother to clean it. I have had to repair damage to my bumper and door and they even stole the V sign on the car. Now I have to pay over R85K to repair their shoddy work. Last time I try to support a black business.
