Experience with this group was very satisfying and professional. Not only did they keep me updated, but honored all my requests. They were also very competitive with their prices on new vehicles compared to other service providers.
Took my vehicle in for a trade - in price. This company professionally handled my request & gave me a very competitive price compared to the original manufacturer.
Have been trying to purchase a vehicle cash but because of the amount it took me 4 days and 3 visits to the bank to try and pay a service provider on line before they could tell me how to do it and stop closing my account because of " suspected *****".
When ordering from Nuvita a double payment went through. They were contacted but did not want to refund one payment. Also no guarantee for there products or return is allowed!
Ordered online and got the item delivered very soon after!
Started new LTE/MTN contract with Mweb advertising for a free modem and 20Mbps download. Mweb charged me for the modem, and since day one, the download is very very erratic. Seldom would I get more than 10Mbps. Phoned Mweb a number of times, both accounts dept and technical but alas everytime I am switched off and cannot get these issues resolved. Went to their Head office in CT and there I was told I cannot see any person due to "Covid", but was phoned and said they will escalate my issues. Today is the 9th of January, and my system was switched off from 30 Dec 2022. It seems that I cannot get to anybody to solve these issues albeit that I also sent them emails!
I just had an experience dealing with UPS courier services for the first time and find it very difficult to talk to someone re an unhappy issue....courier cost very expensive even though I did not make use of their services but the business I ordered from. There is no complaints section or some senior person who one can communicate with to address your problem. I have ordered an envelope size package $20 from Artesania Latina and they charged me $30 for shipping costs. When it landed in S.A. UPS are charging me another $20 for handling and import duties. I have paid $50 for an order value of $20 and the parcel an envelope size. The handling fees, admin and disbur*****t is more than the import duties and when I said I will go and collect it myself and pay the import duties they said the parcel is with them and I need to pay them all these costs. Now I cannot discuss this with anybody that is of Management position.
I have ordered a product (Mini Dollhouse) from them on 10 September 2019 and paid for it on the same day. On the order it said that we need to wait 10-20 working days for delivery. Today is the 22 October 2019 and no delivery yet. PC Link Computers cannot give me a tracking number nor can they tell me when it will be delivered. I have on numerous occasions tried to get hold of them and only received an e-mail from them once threatened to report them for fraud. They do not communicate or let you know if a parcel is delayed or anything else|! I have requested my money back, but got no response at all! If you try and phone them you get answer from an automatic machine that says that you are 11 or 12 in the row. After waiting for 30 minutes and getting to my turn to speak to the agent, I am then cut off and the automatic then says you need to go to their website! To this dayI am still waiting for a delivery date/refund!
