I spoke to the most pathetic consultant at Denis his name is Owen rude and don't listen, please note do not hire this person to work with clients.

Pathetic service from Precious Madonsela at the TP claims we submit this claim on the 14/10/2019, and all documents was sent on time still nothing to date we cannot claim from our insurance now because santam waisted our time, panel beaters will be closing soon and 2019 death silence from Precious. Sadly i dont want them as my insurance company if this is how they treating any potential clients.
I contact my broker two weeks ago in regards to a discount and insurance history. No response. Quick sure sent me letter notifying me that on the 1st of November my premiums will increase and today i was debit that amount that was sent in the letter. Service is pathetic will NEVER advise anyone to take insurance with such uselss company.

Client registered a claim on the 22/06/2015, no follow- up call no feedback regarding a drivable claim client calls and no response. The client disputed his excess and until this hour the last note on the claim as per Ranjay states that they are waiting for the sales call... I rest my case.
On the 02/03/2015 I sent Cell c an email informing them that they debited me more then my contract stipulated. They sent a (NO REPLY) email back a few minutes with the ref nr. 5030200575 yet to date my money was not reimbursed. They failed to contact me after I have supplied my contact details.<br> <br> TCF was not applied.
