GOT A QUOTE FROM ABSA INSURANCE, ACEPTED THE QUOTE, WASS TOLD A TELEMATIX TRACKER WOULD BE INSTALLED IN MY VEHICLE JUST TO BE TOLD A WEEK LATER, THEY OPERATE IN CAPE TOWN AND CAN NOT DO THE INSTALATION IN WORCESTER?? HOW DOES A LARGE BANK/ INSURANCE COMPANY DO BUSINESS LIKE THAT??? OFFER SOMETHING THEY CAN'T PROVIDE?? SERIOUSLY THINKING OF TAKING THEM TO THE OMBUDSMAN. ABSA IS THE WORST!!! STAY AWAY!!!
SECOND BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY, KEPT MY ORRIGINAL DEVICE AFTER THR 1ST MESS-UP. THIS STARTED PIERCING THE HEETS AT AN ANGLE, MAKING THEM USELESS. ABSOLUTELY NO HELP OR FEEDBACK FROM IQOS, GAVE THEM SERIAL NUMBER, BOX, MODEL, PICTURES AS PROOF BUT NO GO. AT FIRST THEIR CHAT BOTT SAID YES, THEN ON PRODUCING THE EVIDENCE THEY ASKED FOR .... OH NO!!!! THE CHAT BOT DIDN'T KEEP THE RECORDS FRO 2 DAYS AGO!?!?! WHAT *******!!! DON'Y BUY IT!!!

WAS TOLD IT WILL BE DONE IN 3 DAYS AND A WEEK LATER I'M STILL WAITING. NO CONTACT, NOT A CALL, EMAIL OR REPLY. THEY DON'T EVEN REPLY ON THEIR OWN CHAT-BOT OR CUSTOMER SRVICE LINK. Bought a Romos Zeus powerbank in 2022 from the Willowbridge branch. It lasted less than a year and @ R1200 not a cheap piece of ****. The supplier replaced it and the second unit again lasted less than a year Took the unit to the Worcester branch, waited for 2 months, git a call it was not under guarantee so I asked for a logical outcome! Please repair it,I'll pay for it Waited another 2 months, walked into the shop today just to be told the supplier cant work on the unit? Seriously Computer Mania!? How do you deal with a supplier with zero backup service?! I'm minus R1200 and minus power bank!? Not impressed with the service at all....

Absolutely shocking! This supplier does not have a offer a guarantee on smart watches, I ordered a R900 watch from them and it stopped working in a month. I was told to return it at my own cost and WE WILL SEE IF WE CAN HELP YOU?! This will obviously be my last purchase from Blackview
