Ordered a few products and they were delivered speedily, really impressed by the purchase and will continue to buy on Snatcher going forward. Products were great and work perfectly.
I'm absolutely disgusted that momentum health insurance won't pay a claim that was within the valid period. So with Health4Me you have to get authorization which I did on the 10th June at 8pm. On the 13th around 11am I went to see the doctor. Please note a message is sent along saying the authorization is valid for 3 days(72 hours), as can be seen the appointment was within 72hours. Claim was then sent through and rejected saying the authorization was not valid. They are now saying it's a valid rejection over a month later of trying to get this resolved. Let's see if this gets them willing to resolve this issue
Great help and service from them, helped us and went out of there way assist. We changed our delivery date and they made sure the bed was delivered on the new date.
I paid R9200.00 including delivery for a brand new fridge at GAME on the 25th of June 2020. Delivery was originally set for 02/07/20 as stock was confirmed at the warehouse. Due to the weather forecast in my area I called GAME to change the delivery date to 01/07/20 as my move date was brought up a day and this was CONFIRMED. On the 30/06/20 I went in store to the GAME Canal walk branch and confirmed once again that the delivery was set for 01/07/20. The sales man called the warehouse once again to confirm stock. I was promised that my fridge would be delivered. I received a call from GAME on the AFTERNOON of 01/07/20 advising that the warehouse system had crashed and that the delivery of my fridge would be DELAYED and that I would receive it later on that afternoon. My Fridge WAS NOT DELIVERED ON THE 1ST, OR 2ND OF JULY BUT AFTER 6PM ON THE 3RD OF JULY after numerous promises that if would be the first delivery of the day. When I called the warehouse on 02/07/20 they had no knowledge of this so called system crash. GAME, YOU BLATANTLY LIED TO COVER UP YOUR MISTAKE. Please note that GAME had already TAKEN MY MONEY. The customer service I have received from the GAME Group is atrocious, all of the food that I have bought on the morning of the 1st of July went bad. 10kg chicken Fillets, 10kg oven chips, feta cheese, cheese loaf to the value of R206, yoghurt, sausage, mince etc. I've spent thousands just to have to throw it away. The manager at GAME has advised that my fridge is not in stock, this after trying to get hold of ANYONE at GAME for over 3 hours on the 2nd of July, aswell as no one bothering to contact me on the day of delivery to tell me that they did not have stock of an item purchased a WEEK PRIOR. GAME wants to offer me R210 (DELIVEY FEE) as compensation for the spoiled food. The manager at GAME canal walk believes that this will suffice. Mr Manager, I have slips to prove that the items were bought as to you seem to think I am LYING. I have to date received no feedback from game regarding any kind of compensation for our loss due to Game's incompetence, this after being told that I would be contacted on Monday the 6th of July 2020. GAME cannot be trusted, they will lie to cover up their mistakes!
Absolute poor service from takealot, firstly my order was to be delivered on the 3rd July, then I was told they do not have a microwave steamer so the order will be arriving on the 14th of July, the only option they gave me was to cancel the item which I did, and requested that the funds be deposited back into bank account, this was not done and instead credited to my takealot account meaning I can’t use that money and am forced to buy something on takealot again, the order then said it would be delivered 30 June. I then checked later on the day and the order once again showed for the 14th July, when asking why I was told another item was not in stock and once again my only option was to cancel the item, however I couldn’t this time as I need this product and have paid for it already, I requested that they split the order and send what they have in stock and I would collect the items they do not have at their pickup point I.e their warehouse, I was then told that is not possible and I had to cancel the item, that was my only option, so much for customer service, I said I would incur more costs to get the items but was told no.
The most unprofessional and pathetic service you could think of, firstly I placed my order for 2 items on the 26th April, scheduled for delivery today 7th May, all fine and we’ll until this morning, the day of delivery, they proceed to tell me one of the items I ordered is not in stock and they don’t know when it will be again, keeping in mind that these gifts were ordered for Mother’s Day. I then said I wanted a refund to my bank account, where as I now see they have sent a voucher, meaning I can’t try and make a plan to get something for my wife to make her FIRST Mother’s Day special, they also say refund takes 3-10 business days yet my money was taken instantly, convenient. On top of all of this, on the invoice it showed delivery fee for this product was R90, yet the voucher only refunded me R35 for delivery. Please Netflorist tell us how this happens
Absolute pathetic service from edgars, I placed 2 online orders within an hour of each other, on their website it shows 3-5 business days for delivery. We are now on business day 7 and still no feedback from edgars, I have phoned on numerous occasions and all I am told is someone will get back to me with feedback, yet I still have not received this feedback. I ask when my orders will arrive and no one can give me an answer, all that I’m told is we will contact a different department or team to follow up.
So I ordered food from McDonald’s and firstly the food I was delivered was incorrect as i ordered 2 grand chicken burgers with mc chicken sauce and no garnish, however when it arrived it had garnish on and hot sauce instead of mc chicken sauce, on top of this I ordered 10 chicken nuggets which never came with the order, I then tried contacting the montague gardens branch and there number wasn’t working, I then contacted the delivery service to get a branch number and they were unable to assist as they had no alternative number, I have no idea what to do know as I have paid for something which I haven’t received
