I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from LWM Debt Recovery. I have settled my fnb account in full, yet despite numerous requests, I am still waiting for my paid up letter from Brenda Mokoena. After day in and out promises that I will receive it before end of business well end of business doesn't take more than 20 business days Brenda! It is very frustrating that the company is quick to call and email reminders when payments are due, but when it comes to updating my credit record and providing my settlement letter, the process suddenly becomes slow and inefficient. This delay is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their professionalism. I have made multiple follow ups, but I continue to receive no proper assistance or resolution. A customer who has paid their account in full should not have to beg for a paid up letter or wait endlessly for their credit rating to be updated. I urge LWM Debt Recovery to resolve this matter immediately and to improve their service delivery and accountability going forward.
Dear HomeChoice, I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the level of service I received today. Over the past week, I have requested a call back on three separate occasions, yet I have not received a single response. As a result, I took the initiative to phone in myself in order to get clarity on an ongoing issue with my account. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke to was both unhelpful and dismissive. I explained that I have been unable to access my account statements, not only this month but for several months. The response I received was that “statements are being generated today,” which clearly did not address my concern. When I reiterated that this has been a long-term problem, the call was abruptly ended with the agent hanging up on me. This level of service is unacceptable. It is frustrating to deal with staff who show no willingness to assist, especially when I make every effort to ensure my account remains up to date. I urge HomeChoice to take immediate action by reviewing this matter, addressing the staff member’s conduct, and ensuring that customer service representatives are trained to resolve issues efficiently and respectfully. I also request that a competent representative contact me as soon as possible to resolve my account statement problem. Customers deserve assistance from people who are both capable and committed to their roles.
American Swiss, Please advise what is the point of your portal for the approval of quotes if it doesn't convey to the warehouse or store. I receive a call 10 days after I approved the quote via the portal to find out if I am going ahead so I waisted 10 days relying on your useless portal. Totally unacceptable as I need my rings urgently and you are not reliable at all. ☹️

I don't even want to give a 1 star so pathetic is Rain. What a disappointment Rain Internet/Wifi is. I pay my Wifi every single month and we NEVER have coverage, to phone in doesn't help to complain on Facebook doesn't help I am at the point of canceling my Wifi or taking further steps cause I feel ive been ******, taking my money faithfully every month and I don't get coverage?? Ive reset my router ive done all the steps provided by you guys and still NO COVERAGE????? What the????? I wouldn't recommend Rain to my worst enemy!!! Absolutely horrible!!!
Charlize Minaar is such amazing person she is so warm and so clear when speaking one doesn't battle to understand her she really was amazing help over the phone gave great advice and I am pleased with the plans I chose. Thank you so much Charlize.
Home connect has one of the BEST members on their team with the name Mpho Singo. No matter the hour he always assisted us kept us updated he went the extra mile to make sure our wifi was restored again. I can't thank Mpho Singo enough. I have never experienced great service as I did the last while with him. You are really a great help Mpho thank you for your speedy, friendly and helpful service.
Extremely disappointed in Eldo coaches bus service. We tried to book a bus online and they deducted the money from our account but told us that we don't have a reservation to get on the bus and that the money never went through but it come off of our bank we had a reservation number AB3QMY and then it said it was canceled by the user after they deducted our money we phoned in spent 3 hours trying to solve the problem and no success so they are incompetent and thieves as well. Highly annoyed and I definitely won't recommend them, They are part of the fallen South Africa.
Ai FNB once again its a failed attempt to get through to you guys via telephone nobody can hear you and you can't hear them and using the FNB Application also doesn't work as your system is down and cellphone banking is just as useless.. So disappointing.
