When will Makro and Capitec Pay integrate. I have been waiting for ages now. Takealot and adendorff have all integrated Capitec Pay, but a big retailer like Makro isn't able to?? Support also hasn't responded in more than a weeks time.
Bought a defy fridge DFF447, with serial number:2214711912 on 17 Jan 2023 at bawas furnitures volksrust, threw an E4 error after 2 days and started icing up on the fridge side. On further inspection this refrigerator is a refurbished model from the factory, it has a bunch of dents and cracks which I didn't notice until it started giving problems. This is clearly a second hand item which is being sold as new. Don't know who is responsible for this since it came in its original wrap and boxes like a new one would. How can this refrigerator have a warranty if it is second hand? I am extremely unhappy with Defy at this point since it seems defy is refurbishing the items and then letting them be sold as new. Contact Bawas and find out what is the deal with this item otherwise I am returning it and wanting a full refund for misleading the consumer. I don't want to deal with defy any more if you selling second hand items to the stores.
The owners of this place Barry White Van Lingen are the biggest scammers ever. They kept the place open to take orders while being in liquidation, probably on the instructions of their scummy lawyer Robyn Hey so that the liquidator and lawyer can get paid. They are a bunch of scam artists.
I think they pulled an exit scam, Website is down they don't answer their phones. They don't respond to emails. Ordered a water pump for my heat pump promised it will arrive this week nothing. Total scam they took the money and ran, don't deal with them. They also don't answer any of their social media.
Don't bother with these scumbags. Got a contract 1y and 6m ago. Never received the cellphone what is being charged for. Tried for 6 months now to try and rectify the issue. Every time promises are being made and then weeks go by without hearing anything about the issue then I have to call again. These people couldn't care 2 cents if u r being helped or not. It is a hassle to deal with the level of incompetence and *****s at mtn. They can't even do something simple like sending out a cellphone that was never received. The last person I spoke to told me I should be privileged to even speak to him, like somehow it is my problem if they can't do their job. Do not deal with this company the rot runs so deep, don't know why they pay the ceo millions if the ground level staff is so *****ed upped.
Their software bricked my tomtom start25. Customer service keeps offering generic things I need to do which I have tried a 1000 times. Updates keeps failing. Device freezes the whole time and even switches over to russian some time. Literally used the stupid thing 5 times in 3 years and it is bricked. I can't get any good assistance from anyone at TomTom. I don't recommend anyone to buy this garbage from them at all.
