I am dissapointed, my fibre was installed today and i was told that the activation will happen within 3 hours 7 hours later still not done, why can’t activation happen immediately like other service providers, when i call the they now tell me about 12 hours turn around time. I need internet asap, i want to work
I shopped at few Continental Linen in Gauteng (Pretoria) i always received best service hence i keep going back for more and referring my family and friends. I bought few things on line on black Friday, when i received my order it was one box and i knew something was missing because i had bought 2 Duvet inner, one double and one queen, me queen was missing. I sent and email and it was attended to immediately and they arranged that i go to my nearest store to get an inner. I was assisted by Armanelle , she is a star. I went to the store in Centurion Lifestyle was assisted by Fadiaah another star.
I have received bad experience from Cartrack before and was ****ed and wanted to cancel my contract and my path crossed with Jabulile Sindane(Credit Controller) she gave me the best service. Thank you Jabulile
Nikita Ferreira of Pretor is so rude, I contacted her regarding my rental issues that was not making sense to me, se screamed and shouted at me like i was a child, i pay my red monthly on time not to be treated like that by her. If something is not making sense or i don’t quite understand i cannot contact the person to clarify it to me. I am done with Pretor i am moving out at the end of my lease.
The agent was helpful and the call did not take long, i am happy
I resigned from my previous employer was told that I will get my previous employer 2 months ago was told I will get my money within a week or 2, it's been 2 and half months, they not communicating with me about the cause of the delay. I tried calling their offices with no luck.
I have contract with telkom for the pass few months my 10gig data cant even last a day i have been trying to contact them with no luck, i am been given a whatsapp number which is useless because i cannot be assisted, Telkom is sooo useless
Ihs Ekhaya Flat in Fleurhof is the worse, tried calling their offices they don't answer they never respond to our emails yet we pay rent
