My contracted ended last month and I called them for cancellation in December they said it is done, now they debited Please refund my money urgently
Morning Last year i have logged a ***** incident with FNB because there was money that was debited without my concern case num 2025-2999425 so it was resolved money was reversed the problem is FNB charged me 200Rand for that because I didn't have money by the time that debit went off Now they never reversed that 200rand back to my acc
Returns was send back to GRIT on the 4th Jan 2022 till today I haven't received voucher so that I can order the correct size. This is frustrating because every time when I query with them, they are saying, they are waiting for their warehouse. My child doesn't have all uniform because of their poor service.
Telkom network is very very very poor in my area, it started months ago...I called their call center some time ago told them about it and the lady that I spoke to said she escalated the matter even today still no feed back. And I have a contract with them....
Last month (December 2021) my contract ended and I asked the lady if the will debit, she said no because I am done unfortunately they debited last month. NOW AGAIN THIS MONTH THEY DEBITED, I CALLED THEM TODAY AND THEY SAID A LOT OF THINGS.. ALL I NEED IS MY REFUND

I have emailed nimble on the 24August 2021 regarding my standard bank credit card disputing the charges because I am paying monthly and I haven't received any feedback from them. The time that I made an arrangement I spoke to Palesa who told me that Nimble won't add any charges whatsoever in my account ( balance) to my suprise they are adding some charges...Palesa called me last month again wanted to know if I can increase my monthly installment, I told her about the charges, she was also suprised and said will ask her superior, even today I haven't heard from her. What I want Nimble to do is to listen to the recording nd reverse all the charges and furnish mw with updated statement. Thanks
My Edgars account was sold to Nimble, so April payment was not updated so I emailed them proof of payment and they responded saying it was forwarded to the relevant department. My problem is they are still sending smses and emails saying i must pay and according to my understanding, they are not supposed to send me reminder because they must update mt April payment which I believe after that then my account will be paid in full or I will left with less than 100rand balance..I did the follow up with them but no response...I find that they service is poor. I HAD TWO CONTRACTS WITH MTN AND I CANCELLED ONE BUT THEY THEY ARE STILL DEBITING FOR TWO EVEN WORSE THEY ARE DEBITING MORE, I LOGGED A COMPLAINT WITH THEM AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. THEIR COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT IS EVEN WORSE, WHEN I EMAILED THEM THEY TOLD ME TO CALL 135 AND 135 SAID I MUST EMAIL COMPLAINTS.I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND EVEN TODAY
