I have been using your perfumes for months now, as I received 3 bottles (100ml) as a gift and I absolutely LOVE your scents. I LOVE the fact that they are oil-based and last on my skin for so long. I didn't really want to write this review because the service I received from Nevin at the Powerbite Sea Point branch was outstanding and he was extremely helpful. Due to the fact that he did not have stock of the device I wanted, he suggested I buy it from their online store, which I did. I chose my brand new Samsung Galaxy S10 at he online store and made my payment on the 23rd of January 2020 already. I emailed Audrey who phoned me after my order, asking some questions. It is the 27th today and I have still not received any feedback from her. I've since sent 2 additional emails asking for feedback and I've now emailed Nevin as well, hoping he can get me an answer. When I phoned Audrey on Friday the 24th of January 2020, I was told that she is busy with a hearing and she will phone me back. Obviously I have still not heard a word from Audrey. So you are sitting with my money and I have not received my phone yet. This is ridiculous and I am very disappointed in the service received from the Powerbite online store. (Order 73878)
I just spoke to your Mr Price Home Store in the CapeGate Shopping Center in Cape Town and their service is appalling. First they want to know by me what he code of the product is. I said I don't work for you, I am a client and I don't know what the code is. Then she says then no they don't have stock. I said how do you know you don't have stock if you don't even know what he product code is? The lady on the phone was called Lizanne and she then finally said she'll go check. When she came back she asked me what is the price of the duvet inner I'm looking for. Once again i said, I don't work for you, so I don't know what he price is, I am a client and I want to know if you have stock. Lizanne then told she only has a no-name brand showing R5.99, which is an impossible price for a duvet inner and then by the way, they don't have stock. Really??? Is this the service from your stores? I am shocked. In all the years I've been shopping at your stores, I have never received this type of service. This was definitely enough for me to never shop there again.
