New Cobb Kitchen, don’t buy!, the plastic housing melts
I purchased a new Cobb kitchen and on its second use the plastic holding and insulation grommets holding the inner fire compartment melted during the cook I thought I may of done a something so I ordered a new plastic liner with insulation grommets. I tried again and it melted again on the second cook. I don’t recommend anyone buying the new Cobb’s they not as good and melt, the old product was far better.

Summit Agencies bad service,try to rip clients off, don’t honor warranties
I purchased a borehole pump on the 27th of November 2023, Kajo recommended the pump and I use Johnathan from JR borehole to install the new pump. The pump was installed but only pumped to 2 bar not the required 6/7 bar. I returned the pump the next day and Kajo said the pump is damaged from a bit of sand, no refund, no warranty. All boreholes have a bit of sand in this is totally unacceptable, and in 2024violation of the consumer protection act. I have to now go the legal route to get my money back. Summit has lost a loyal customer from over the years. I bought all my borehole equipment from them, no more. Finally after a year with the small claims court looks like a fair ruling will be made on the 19th on November 2024. Ok so Judgement was given in my favour. Shows you what ****** this company and CEO are. They will do you in. Rather deal directly with their main supplier ABC pumps located in Stickland. Fruugo is a *****
I order from Fruugo on the 20th September they said my order would arrive by the 20th October. I did not receive any tracking information and it’s impossible to get hold of this company, they are a total *****!! They will take you money and that’s the last you will hear from them.

Bad service Gangster store. ***** your Money
I bought 4 lithium batteries from the store being told that the lithium battery was a drop in replacement for the old lead acid battery. Two of the batteries just went flat and I was unable to charge them. Two days after the purchase I returned to the store to get a refund. The store would not refund my money. Beware of this Jaco guys, he operates like a gangster. They do not look after their customers

Pudo swindling their customers
Very bad service. I paid for a small locker in Lephalale and when the person got to the locker to deposit the parcel the pudo computer was not working. This guy drove 35km from the farm to the locker. He returned 12 hours later and this time the locker would not accept the code. I complained a number of times on the WhatsApp chat and they assured me I would get a refund. However Lisa in the support department won’t give me my refund??? What is going on Pudo you are swindling your customers

Axxess double debits accounts
I just signed up with axxess and they double debited my credit card. Then tried to charge me extra fees because my bank returned the debits. They committed fraud by double debiting my credit card. I have since cancelled my service with them.

Standard bank don’t meet their marketing obligations
Standard bank sent me a SMS on the 30th July 2022 saying if I used my account to withdraw cash, purchase electricity or make a purchase by the 20th August they would deposit R100 into my account. I can’t believe they say things like this and don’t fore full their marketing obligations. Just another company trying to lead you down the path.

Don’t Trust Standard Bank with your money
I opened a MyMo account and as a promotion Standard Bank sent me a SMS saying for the promotion of the MyMo account if I used the account to eft, pay by card or draw cash they would put R200 into my account by the 19th of October. Standard Bank does not stick to their word and it’s seems it was all false and a lies. I have taken this up with the Branch Manager but it’s been mote than a week and this is still not resolved. If Standard Bank can’t keep their word on a small thing like this how can I trust them with my money. Guess Capitec is a better option.

Promech Boreholes and Wellpoints a Unscrupulous business
Hi the owner of this business Promech boreholes and Wellpoints is a big crook. I bought a 100 meter length of pipe from him which was a older spec quality pipe made from recycled plastic. The pipe is thick and heavy compared to the new Class 10 virgin plastic pipe supplied by Edan Plastics in Wellington. I called Mike up and explained to him I wanted the newer pipe which he did not have stock of. I then arranged directly with Eden plastics to collect the newer pipe. Mike collected the older pipe and in good faith to Mike I gave him 47 Meter of the newer Virgin plastic pipe (which I could not use because it was to short) and a pressure sensor that I could not use. The value of the pipe and sensor was R1250.00. Anyway Mike following our morning meeting called Edan Plastic and told then that they could not supply me the Pipe because he was one of their customers. This totally held up me trying to restore my borehole to working order. I subsequently went to Ferndale Nursery and ordered the new pipe through them, They where very helpful and I now am able to collect my pipe from Edan Plastics in Wellington. Mike really tries to shaft a potential customer, I would recommend anyone dealing with Mike be very careful you could also get shafted, this guy is unscrupulous.
