Your service is absolutely useless, i jave made so many calls for authentication code, they advised a nurse will call, the nurse was calling me, i gave my number only to call me to update the app. But the nurse was calling me i gave them my husband number who is the member. But till now there was no call to him.
Nandos veg pattie is the worst ever, it looks like s**** and it is the worst tasting burger that I had in my life. We bought veg bojee bowl and a double veg burger we wasted our money. Bought takeout from Florida road nandos last night, the chicken was boiled just turned on the griller once for the look. There was no taste . The chicken livers tasted like there was a garlic festival in Nandos. In addition the livers was not cooked.
On the 17/04/2023 i went to PEP at overport city and purchased a cell phone. before we could purchase the phone only the warranty was explained to my husband and myself, when the receipt was given to us to sign the terms on it was not indicated or expalined by the sales person Luanne. The phone started to give us issues( freezing, going blank, extremely slow.) On the 08/05/2023 we had taken the phone back and wanted a refund cos we were really angry about buying a new phone and having so many issues. We are told that we cannot get a refund as we signed the receipt which indicates that the phone can only be returned within the first 7 days of purchase, when will anything give you a problem in the first 7 days. Luanne first approached us so we explained the problem, she advised that we cannot get a refund, she then called Nqobile and Luanne despaired into the store, nqobile explained the same thing without even trying to check the phone to see the problem. She then told me to call customer care and went into another room. I called customer care only to be told that the store was to call PEP cell customer care, which Nqobile had no clue about, we asked to speak to a manager, we were advised that the manager is on leave, and they do not have the bosses number. Nqobile called PEP cell customer care and called me to me speak to an agent after waiting for 5-7 minutes at the counter. The agent said they can take the phone and send it for repairs which may take up to 30days to fix. they were not even willing to give us a replacement phone. We were more than angry now, The number is our business number. how do we operate without a phone. Nqobile apparently call the regional manager who was giving us the same answers. This was worst experience that we ever had. Please if i could put a sign outside PEP and advise people not to buy phones from them. They did not even a technician at the store. the staff are even clueless about phones. how are they selling phones. Luanne and Nqobile should have more customer service training.
Bolt is one of the worst taxi rides. today i booked a ride twice, the first time the driver does not pitch up, the second time i called the driver confirming the pick up only 2 minutes later he cancelled, when i tried to call back he does not answer. Bolt should just cancel their services. Most of the time the drivers do not wear their mask also the drive very recklessly. i will delete this app immediately.
I have a contract with MTN since 2017, I have upgraded one of my phones in December Infinity Hisence. The phone is now freezing, I went into the branch that I purchased the phone MTN overport city 1 July 2020 . The guy that I normally deal with is Farad he was not in, there was another guy that assisted me, he advised that they could not replace the phone as it is over 6 months old, they wanted me to leave the phone there for repairs for 7 days without giving me a alternative phone, I am a business person that needs my phone. The guy then said that a rep will be in on Monday the 6 July at 9 am. I was there this morning at 9 am iwaited for half and hour and the rep did not show up, I don't have time to sit and wait. I just want a new phone. I was screened but 4 people that came in after me was not screened or sanitized.
I purchased a Bosch Angle grinder at Makro on the 28 July 2019 for R640. By the 20th October it was giving us problems, so we had taken it to Makro Returns because it is under one year warranty, Makro advised that they will send it to Bosch to see what the problem was. When we returned to Makro they advised that we had to pay R453 to repair the angle grinder, because Bosch advised them that the warranty does not cover everything in the angle grinder. We then advised Makro to please return the angle grinder back to us. When we went to pick it up from Makro it was in a plastic bag disassembled, and if we want it put back together we have to pay Bosch to reassemble it. What nonsense is that? What kind of service ? The same angle grinder in going for R499 in Makro but they wanted us to pay R453 to repair it does it makes sense. They was a guy by the name of Ivan that called me was of no help either he just spoke the same bull**** as the people in Makro. I am a client of Makro not Bosch, Makro Should have done more for us that just take whatever S*** Bosch gives us. Never buy appliances in Makro again. The customer services ethics are pathetic.
