They closed my "case" without feedback. Got one phone call. Say they will follow up and next moment an close sms and email.
Laas week was my dogter by FNB in George Wes Kaap in York Straat oor haar bank kaarte wat nie werk nie. En hulle het net gesê hulle tel haar nie op die systeem op nie(bog, hulle was nie lus vir werk nie)Eergister aand 21:25 kry sy n sms wat sê haar nuwe kaart is bestel. Sy was gister terug na dieselfde bank toe en daar het die dame haar gehelp, want toe kry hulle haar op die systeem(wonderwerke bestaan nog). So tel die dame op iemand in die kaap het daai tyd van die aand die kaart bestel(sonder dat my dogter iets weet), maar toe hulle hom probeer ****ak is hy "offline" en die dame sê los dit maar hy werk in die bank so sal nie probeer ***** pleeg nie. Die kaart ks gekanseleer, net om vanoggend wakker te word met n x bedrag minder in die bank vir die kaart wat ek nie eers bestel het nie. Probeer FNB self ****ak, jy kan skaars hoor wat hulle sê en hulle verstaan nie wat jy bedoel nie.
My seun het n̈ rekening n jaar terug gemaak om sy krediet op te bou. Hy baie min gekoop en maandeliks betaal, so kom hy agter die rekening raak nie minder nie, toe hy gaan uitvind wat gaan aan is daar R200 lugtyd maandeliks by gesit sonder sy toestemming. Hy werk elke dag en kan net Sondae in gaan na die Garden Route Mall dan vertel hulle vir hom hy kan nie op n Sondag gehelp word nie, na baie op en af en moeite vir die personeel het hulle dit gekanseleer, maar dit kom nog steeds op. Hulle wil hom nie krediet gee vir die R200 elke maand nie en sukkel ook om dit gekanseleer te kry. Hy betaal maar nogsteeds want hy wil nie slegte krediet rekord kry nie. Dit is ***** om net goed op die rekening te sit sonder toestemming en hy kry nie eers nie lugtyd nie want hy het nie n Mr Price sim nie, en hulle kan ook nie sê waarheen gaan die lug tyd nie.. so hoe maak n̈ mens nou as alles moeite is vir die personeel by Garden Route Mall in George, hy al Mr Price gemail ook maar kry ook nie antw nie!! Hy is jonk en probeer krediet rekord opbou en nou kos dit hom al baie meer as wat hy moet betaal. Moet nie by hulle n̈ rekening oop maak nie. Vandag by die nuwe Mall in Oudtshoorn net sulke slegte diens gekry vir n̈ nuwe kaart wat hulle ook nie kan gee nie.
After one week still dont have my money back for insurance i have cancelled. The told me it will show Friday(yesterday) and when i request an call back again like before they phone and when you answer they put the phone down
I cancelled my insurance Nov 2023 and they deducted +- R5.00 that i was fine with then now end of Des 2023 they deducted the full amoint again. I request an call back. They call back and when i answer they put the phone down. The person i spoke to said he will phone me back in Des to revalute my inaurance because i have moved houses, never phoned back just started to deduced again on my old address
I have bought an laptop at takealot. Last year I send it back, faulty they swop it. The new one now has the same problem not switching on, they send it back no fault found. I do have video and photo that it still does not work. Swak swak swak!! It is not if i pay peanut for the laptop. My money was good enough and now they say no fault found
It has been almost one month now to sort out ***** on my account. First logged the ***** on 02.10.2023 and FNB told me 14 workings days, then we I asked how far is the investigation the answer is all the time 48hours.. ******* can just take your money but you have to wait and wait. They did send me an sms regarding the amount that went of my account and I sms back it was ***** as requested on the sms and still I have to wait and wait.. There turn around time is not true and in my eye that is also "*****" to lie to and customer. I have been with them for many many years and this is the way they treat there customers.. stay away as I will be closing my accounts after this incident.
Fano finally assisted me after I tried 10 times to get the correct documentaion
so i have mailed them 100 times regarding my internet not working, no responce, then i mailed them to cancel my internet no responce, so i cancel my debit order, now they want to phone me every day i own them money and there is website where i must cancel but there is a mail adres on google to mail them , one day they said 200gb use the next day 300gb and no one as home, they want me to courier the router back and i told them to come and collect it, it was not my choise to cancel they forced me because of bad service or no service.. alliciadt@gmail.com
they dont even deserve an 1 star!! i mailed them for 3 months to say i dont have proper internet and no feedback, the i mailed them to say cancel no feedback, so i cancelled my debit order, now they keep on phoning me when i am going to pay but when i had an probleme no on phoned me, then i was inform about an website i must use to cancel never have anyone told me because no one phoned me, and now they want me to courier the routee back or i must pay R2000 it is redicilous as it was not my choice to cancel they forced me because R900 n month for nothing!!! one day they said i have used 200gb the next day 300gb and nobody was at home to use 100gb for one day.. alliciadt@gmail.com
