Terrible, and *********** service from this company with a lot of contradictory information from their delivery people, call centre agents are rude and not helpful at all. I don’t even know why this company operates as it offers such terrible service.I am extremely disappointed with the service from SkyNet.
This company will humble you shame. As I write this, I’ve gone away for the holidays since the 22 and which I check my daily consumption, they’re has been usage of R50 per day. Mind you the only thing I left on was the fridge, all other appliances are completely switched off, including the geyser & yet according to RMS that makes no difference. When you call to ask they say it’s the system that charges… so does that mean they system to set up to charge irrespective of usage or not… so what we pay for is not necessarily the actual usage but the determined usage as set up by this fraudulent company
Guys, this company is the worst to ever exist for electricity. The service is horrendous and the call center people are horrible, the drop calls on you, everything nje is just Bad Bad Bad service and to make is worse, they cost us money while not even servicing us at al. I paid electricity yesterday for R1000 today they switched me off saying I owe them R110… when I call to ask, they say my payment has not been allocated yet. I captured the reference correctly and yet I need payment allocation. This is horro company
Guys, remote metering solution are operating are fraudulent business that I’ve taken it to the Devi show to expose their ridiculous over charges just to make profit. I’ve been trying for over six months to get a detailed reading of their charges and each time I don’t get an answer. They even stopped responding to my messages and emails, they send you an amount after topping up and if you call immediately after they email/sms you your new balance, they will give you a different, lower balance over the phone and they said the billing dept made a mistake, I started to investigate and I learned that they are stealing from their customers and blame it on the system error. There’s a person called Isaac who never has an answer and will refer you to Dineo, Dineo never answer the phone and when she does she say send an email, emails never get responded to, then there’s Andile Khumalo who’s “supposed” to answer WhatsApp queries, they only thing you’ll ever hear from him/her is ‘how can I help you’ and then radio silence from there. These people need to be exposed and I’m coming for every last cent they over charged me for, with Aunti Devi to the rescue
Went to see the doctor severely ill. Was told I had a kidney infection & was put on meds while they ran texts. Went there on the 26th of January 2022, today is the 25th of February & I’m still waiting for the results back. I call the medical centre at least twice a week & everytime I’m told the doctor will call me to schedule an appointment, mind you the tests they did on me costed me R987 and I still don’t know what they were for. I’m extremely disappointed by the medical center as this involves my health and I’m still not doing any better
I really don’t have anything good to say about this company either than that they are con artists. They keep saying they respond to queries addressed through proper channels, but I’ve sent over six email and got no response to any of them. These people are billing me R200 per day for electricity, & mind you, I’m not even at my apartment so electricity is not in use yet RMS tells me about daily fixed costs of R3 & that in their minds justifies or is equivalent to R200 consumption. I feel defeated I must say. I’m even giving up my apartment because of these people and their incompetence & the scam they are running on civilians
Yho guys, this company will humble you shame. I went away for the weekend with a positive balance of R116, everything was switched off from the plugs, they only thing that was on was the fridge, when I return two days later, by electricity balance is sitting at -R76… when I enquire, they tell me about a daily fixed rate of R3…& I’m a still asking how does R3 add up to a negative balance of R76 within two days… RMS is a scan and their service is kak
Very terrible service and their consultants are not helpful at all. Everything is always‘I need to ask my manager’. The power consumption is ridiculously high. This is really a bad company and it’s not being operated properly
Mr Shopper have such a horrible service. I placed an order on the11th of November and was given delivery date of the 17th. Come the 17th no parcel arrived. I called and sent emails but had no response. I finally got through two days after the initial delivery date and I’m told the package is still in transit to Pretoria and it will only make it me after an extra three days, so five days of delay from the intimate date. Went to purchase intimates and was charged twice. Was told the first transaction didn’t go through and they ran my card twice... luckily my phone notified me immediately of the double transaction but they refused to refund me and insisted that the first transaction was declined due to timed out. My bank confirmed double purchase and the store is still refusing to refund me for one transaction and giving me the run around. It’s been 72 hours now and they said the reversal will take place with 24-48 hours
