Terrible experience where I was promised the 2 months off promo only to be debited before the promo ends. To make matters worse, they want me to pay again to rejoin because they did not link my vitality!! All this in a month!!
have been paying my account on time for such a long period of time. I do not have any arrears on my account, Matrix dept flagged me as in arrears on my ITC report. I called and they said it would be fixed by the end of Dec as they aren’t any arrears on my account.

I called and they said it would be fixed by the end of Dec as they aren’t any arrears on my account. This is causing problems for me and it seems their consult **** when they said they would fix it
Recently bought a house through Nedbank Home Loans that was a new development and sold to me by KWClockwork. It has been less than a year and I have had plumbing and electrical issues, even the whole complex is experiencing the same. We recently found out that the plumbing material used was not SABS approved which is making me worry about what due diligence was done by Nedbank for them to approve!! Paying for a house approved by Nedbank is making me question what Nedbanks building complaince standards. I am frustrated and really not happy with where things are. I would like Nedbank to account on how this was approved? Electrical fence not compliant, Plumbing not compliant etc. What does it mean for me?

Some sort of **** happening on my account and the agents are acting as if they know nothing. No one replies to my mails, WhatsApp, nothing. I keep telling them I don’t have an account and they are turning a blind eye. My credit record was fixed and now they added the account again as arrears , even though I do not have an account. Anyone experiencing the same take it up with Attorneys. I am doing the same. Seems like they do this to everyone
My back up solution was installed and worked for a few hours in a space of a week. Taken back for retesting and came back and I had experienced the same problem. Reported it and I have basically lost all my money too (R30 000). My calls and texts are being ignored and what makes it worse is I am sitting with a system that does not work. Lastly I have been begging for my COC. Those who received good service are one of the lucky ones. I wish Nkosi all the best with his business man.
Really not happy with the quality of service I received. After my accident, I had to constantly follow up with them, I don’t know what the status of my repair is, I don’t know anything about courtesy car returns, I don’t know anything about the excess claim from 3rd Party. They insist on keeping things AI driven but poor turnaround time and communication. Spent a lot of money constantly calling them, the repairer and the third party insurer IMAGINE!! I didn’t enjoy the way claim has been handled.
By the worst people I have rented with. Please explain to me how a deposit of R8775 goes down to R1374 upon vacating the unit? Everything was in order , no damage, just mainly cleaning and closure of TV wallmount holes. I am not getting anyone to assist me, If you get a response via email , then you are lucky. My advice to anyone reading this , please do not rent with them, I lost my money but don't go through what I am going through.
