I paid for this product assuming this would be of your normal standard quality. However your box could not help me with the size of staples I needed so I bought extra 14mm as per your product parameters! Went home to complete a project for my customer at 6 and here is am 00:55 still not done your gun sucks!!!!! 75% of the time to weak to punsh into the soft 8mm wood the other 25% the piece of #h!t punches' skew and I need to remove and start all over again....... I spent 6 hours trying to make this useless tool work and it didn't! so tomorrow I will spend 6 hours of my time and damage your brand and cost you way more than you costed me!!!! I will be returning your product to buy the more expensive version you keep because I believe in your brand! however you costed me time and money and so you shall be rewarded VIA social media. Hi all I have complained on email to Vodacom on numerous occasions my efforts was fruitless. I have called more than 20 times your call centers this also to be a waste of my time. I have went in to the branch (cape gate vodacom shop Western cape) to show them the invoice where I paid a month earlier this didn't habe any ripple effect. I have complained to the manager in charge where she promised to be kept in the loop 2 weeks ago again this was not done. I called again today only to be told "your details was sent to head office and no feedback was given that means the issue is sorted out" and again promised to be contacted back this again didn't happen. I have provided proof of payment Via all channels available to man kind to Vodacom and this has kept on failing. I have complained on hellopeter so many times and this also has proven to be fruitless. I hope you Vodacom send me summons as I am very tired of complaining with zero results being made. I asked so many times for a PAID UP LETTER that has not been provided for 2 monthes now this is 60 days this is 1440 hours no one could help. I can honestly now say complaing on hellopeter also doesn't help Vodacom just doesn't care.
I have an issue dated back all the way to May. I have paid my account on 26.06.2022 at your cape gate branch for the amount of R2280.80 I have called more than 10 timea your call centers! I have sent this tax invoice to srm@vodacom.co.za twice! I have sent this to Pop@vodacom.co.za twice! The last email sent on the 12th of this month. I habe been told to provide proof of payment that I habe sent 4 times to Vodacom!!!!! And yet 13 days later this accounts are still not updated!!! What is wrong with you? I have complained so many times on hellopeter but Vodacom simply doesn't care and is hell bent on making my life miserable! I have called 4 times today just to get an outstanding account statement. Still not recieved!!! This is why I paid R11,000.00 to stop my 3 accounts your service is beyond measure low!!!! What should I do to get this fixed? Email ceo@vodacom.co.za?
So here we go again... After paying my cancelation fee on a few accounts I had with Vodacom you penalize me and state the last debit order was not included so i went and paid this amout thats actually more than my regular debit order. This I paid at Cape gate vodacom shop on 29 June 2022. For the amount of R2280.97 12 days later I get an SMS stating the account is behind and will be handed over for futher actions. So as it normally goed I call in and het helped by yout wonderful team and I get told I need to send proof of payment to you to proof i paid it. Then why did I do this at gape gate in a vodacom shop? Why did I drive there assuming that Vodacom employees will do the efforts to forward my payment to the relevant department? Why do I do the effort and you can't? Why do you insist on making my life miserable??? I am well aware of your carelessness for customer service but now you effect my life, my mental health as well as my credit status for the 2nd time! Can you do what your letters of appointment states and do your jobs?
I would like to extend my gratitude to Deavin van den Berg and Louise Theron for exceptional customer centricity. Not often these days we get to thank individuals for good customer service as this is seen as "basic expectation". Before buying my car at your branch I worked with 4 other car dealerships and to my surprise my efforts to complete the deal went fruitless. 40min is all it took them from sending in my documents to secure the deal and the vehicle! I would recommend these 2 individuals to anyone of the public seeking good, quick and excellent service well done!
Good day. I hope all is well. I have been emailing and going onto hallo Peter regarding the outstanding balance of my account at Vodacom. I wasn't surprise that after paying R11,000.00 to stop my contracts I have a reduced credit score this month based on "outstanding amounts due". The last communication I have received was that I owe an amount of R2000 odd on the acount and this was not the case when I paid the above premature cancelation fee. I have requested this issue to be resolved however my efforts has proven to be fruitless. I have also been told so submit an affidavit with the above as proof of what transpired from beginning to the part of paying the above mentioned amount. If I don't get contacted ASAP with a solution regarding the above I will be forced to persuade action with alternative measures. Due to You're miss communications I am suffering now with a bad reputation with regards to acounts in arrears. I paid almost R11000 to stop 3 contracts that I had with Vodacom after 8 years of having contracts with you 8 years!!!!!!!! After absolutely disgusting service recieved the last few month's I decided YOU will never have me as a client again so this was what I did. I called in and asked quotes to cancel my contracts with immediate effect this was done and sent. Then after knowing your bad track record I decided to go into the store and pay this to finally be free! And after paying confirmation was sent that everything has been canceled THEN airtime and data that was still given in the last month was taken away because why not? I am no longer a customer and I was fine with that! Today again I received a call stating I owe Vodacom R2000 are you insane????? Let me tell Vodacom this! You will not receive a single cent from me again your call center sent me the quotations and I paid in store indicating confirmation of the above cancelation. Take me to court send me summons I don't care I will meet you there!!!! You suck I hate you every time I hear your name I want to vomit!!!! You sicken me and I wish I never spent all the money I have with you!!!!! Don't call me send the summons!!!!! I will make this public as far and wide as possible if you don't stop.
