Worst after sales service ever,only excuses with no results,sold wife a problematic i10 grand 2016 model,was returned mentioning the problems and was not sorted out even with a warranty purchased from them,visited numerous times but got nothing but lies and bull****.Unethical in their dealings,sell problem cars of which they are aware.These people need to be investigated for their unethical dealings and dishonest sales.Now stuck with a problematic car and these people are useless in their dealings.These people still try and sell you more expensive rubbish instead of sorting out the **** they sold you.These crooks need to be exposed.Tired of visiting and calling cause I'm sick of their lies.Sad cause when Darren was manager he really went the extra mile to sort problems out.
been months since Storms in Durban, yet my pool remains in a bad state,took almost 2 months to send their appointed pool services to asses the damage and give a quotation, now a month later they say have to send an internal assesssor,what nonsense is this.3 months my pool is full of mud and become a haven for frogs and insects yet standard bank does not seem to care, I have wasted hundreds of rands in airtime calling to an absolutely useless line that rarely calls you back and when they do they do not have any results or solutions, This insurance really does not care and gives really inefficient. Their turnaround time is pathetic and really something should be done about this.
Pathetic service,no sense of customer service,Rude and condescending.Sales department are really a waste of time.wasted lots of airtime,sad as the prices are right but staff needs training in customer service badly.asked for pics of a few boards,impossible task for Sales.Better chance at winning the lotto than getting help from these guys.my advice-pay extra somewhere else.At least you wont feel bad after spending your money.

Brilliant, streamlined service,really makes registering a business so simple and easy,Great service,answered all my questions as at first I was abit hesitant,but they quickly eased my mind by answering all my questions and filling in the blanks for me.Would definitely recommend??
pathetic,questionable service,besides the 3x itc checks that have to be done between them and hippo,lowering my scores each time,which i dont understand,why dont they use the information from the first itc check....to the sudden change of policies,did a quote with two of their consultants less than two weeks ago and no additional excess applied if car was hijacked or stolen even without a tracking device,now new quote,suddenly 7% of value of vehicle applies,wth is going on,and then the blame game as in the previous consultants probably didn't know what they were doing,How can i trust these people with my assets and money if they trying tricks like this,best to steer clear from these people as they are clearly dodgy or have dodgy staff working for them.
