What kind of a business is this?!!! This business has taught their employees to steal! I am going to sue them like it was done yesterday !
They approve you for a Covid-19 Cashflow relief then fail to pay you on time, when you try to message the team of bankers they keep on saying they have escalated the matter. That went on for the past 7 days! Yet when they want their money back they message and call all of the time! Pathetic Bank, Pathetic customer service ! Overall not recommendable!
I am disappointed with the service I received even from the vetting department. They requested info from me and yes I have missed out one of my expenses but they added another expense that I'm not aware off and say I have that kind of account on my name. AND STRAIGHT AWAY THEY DECLINED ME. This is utter nonsense!!! How can you guys as a company do fraud like that and blame it on the client?! This company is up to nonsense. CLIENTS OUT THERE PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AS THE ARE BIG THIEVES!!! I will never recommend such a low class business like this ever!!!

Agents that cannot understand what customers are explaining to them!! Today I have applied for a cellc contract. A consultant by the name of Heather Ntutu tells me that I have unpaid accounts and I am declined! When I have investigated I have reversed R119.00 x 2 in January as I have seen unrecognized debits. The statement now shows unpaid , but my credit profile has not EVEN ONE account that is in arrears! I am disappointed as I am supporting a company to give them business but I get no respect and no simplicity with these agents and the service they offer!!! This is terrible and people needs to know what Cell C does to others which isn't fair. They approve fraudsters but can't approve honest people and with my salary I can afford 4 or 5 of the same devices that I have chosen! Service is worse than others!! Seriously disappointed!
What a terrible service truly! I applied for a loan on the 2nd of February with these guys. Ever since I've been requested to send different documents and I did as they said. Today this afternoon they suspended my account with them, I've been online chatting to WELMAR and NNANA. Welmar escalated my query whilst NNANA saw my questions, never answered but left the chat! What kind of service is this?!! Is this how you guys scam people and rob us? Seriously yourl don't deserve any support from us. In other words they declined me but can't give me a reason or so. I will make them famous especially those consultants that are getting paid for nothing...
I am disappointed and disgusted by the lies and customer service given to me by Capfin. They beat me around the Bush and then tell me that I am declined! I applied for a personal loan on 12 Dec 2019. They pre approved me and gave me an offer of R15000, I then sent the requested docs to them. A few hours later they sent me a message stating that they require my docs again. I sent it again. The next day they sent me a message about 4 or 5 times in that day and said they still need my docs. I sent it 4 or 5 times and even followed up on the loan. After all my running around and costs they message me at 9am today saying that I am declined yet my scoring is good and I am permanently employed! Filthy and terrible service from you capfin, I am so sure of broadcasting you guys! Totally not recommendable! Pathetic employees and they state they are the best at giving loans! Capfin you are the biggest scams!!!!
Vodacom rated one of the best mobile and service providers company in South Africa has allowed fraud to take place on my name without me being in a store. On the 26th of September 2019, a contract with papers has been issued on behalf of fraud on my name by a Vodashop in Musgrave, Durban. It is said to be that vodacom allowed and vetted on my name without my authority and consent to approve me for a double deal and has given a fraudster the devices along with the sim to walk out of the store. Face to face Consultant, Daven Redhi from the Musgrave brunch along with Siyandagu (Fasttrack dep) has approved a guy that walked into the store by the name of ASHRAF KHAN with my credentials and walked out with a HUAWEI P30 LITE AND HUAWEI P SMART. I am surprised by the way VODACOM has allowed something so unlawful to happen. I am going to SUE VODACOM for all the cost and running around as well as the terrible credit bureau arrears that was added to my name in the last 3 months as I failed to open accounts, take a bond and a car finance. Vodacom clients need to know what kind of service is given to them by a well recognized company and also need to know what fraudsters they are! Working in the company and vetting services. I am disheartened and disgusted of what I learnt about vodacom!!!
