Poor communication and no statements send on time. Every month there is a problem, with Protea metering, you can't call or send email as no feedback is given always an excuse. Since new management took over. It was not like this a year a go. There is even times when you get over billed.
I would not recommend Mellins Woodlands branch to anybody. They are unprofessional and don't have any customer care experience, even over the telephone when I spoke to them. I asked for a call back nun. Many days later received a email were it come forth that I'm just another client I informed that the outcome of the lenses is not correct, I was treated and spoken to as someone that is wearing spectacles for the first time and don't have any experience wearing spectacles. I asked for my money back, were they have now numerous excuses and long emails for reasons they cant, I exp I'm not coming back and don't want a retest with them. Still waiting for my money.
I wonder why hello peter was established because every time you get a auto mated reply saing hoping next time you get beter service
Bought a special at clicks 1st not loaded on the system. The refund yhey cant do in cash as they slips show cred card but i paid by debit card. After 5 min explaining they still dont belief me and said i have a credit card. And they will have to send the money back via the bank. I informed them it will cost more then the refund. Unfortunately the manager cant do it differently
I have hust bought kfc from moreletapark and the chips was old and over spiced. The wrap was taste less and the salad was brown and bitter with the tomato was old and watery no full slice of tomato
i have phone twice about an account for content services that im been billed for and they can give me a first call resolution. And the agents are not competent in resolving querys. Same happen last month
