I ordered off Uber Eats and they deducted two amounts off my bank account, one for the order and another amount a few rands less. I have emailed them constantly as there is no contact number and can see why as they are theives. They stole money out my account without my permission and refuse to give my money back that they stole. Uber eats should not be allowed to Trade they are *****ing from their customers blind and taking no responsibility for it and you can't actually talk to a person cause there is no contact number. I will not leave this and will post every where possible that they are theives.
This place is ************** to woman. Had my vehicle service here with absolutely nothing wrong with my car. My car started making a strange sound only when it was hot, I took my vehicle back explain to the guy and told them you can only hear it when the car is hot. They kept my vehicle the whole day to be told they can't hear the noise and my car is fine and made me feel like a dumb woman. I fetched my vehicle and again it made the noise. I took my car the next day to a different place for a second opinion. To which the gentleman contacted car service city to tell them there is something wrong with my car. They then wanted to now fix my car, why cause another man told you? They told me to bring the car back the Saturday. On my way back to my office with my colleague, I turned into a street and my car cut out and lost control over my steering. Thankfully there where no vehicles in the road parked in the parkings as I would of taken them out. Phone these people to come fetch my car and fix it. They collected my car and had a look at it eventually properly to be told my water pipe has burst and going to cost me R3000 to fix. I am beyond mad at this as remember there was nothing wrong with my car the day before when I took it in and they brushed me off like a stupid female and sent me on my way telling me it is fine to drive. I could have blown my car up if I did not get a second opinion. I was told my car will be ready Monday as they must order the parts. Saturday I spoke to the so called manager at the branch who told me my car was fine to drive to raise my concern about shoving me away like a stupid female. To be told your car is fixed but can only get it Monday cause the branch where my car is, is closed! They have made me sit the whole weekend without a vehicle when if they had actually checked my vehicle like I told them to I wouldn't have sat the whole weekend with a car. This "manager" said he would find out about my car and get back to me. Needless to say he never phoned back. I will not leave this alone as I feel how they treat me as a woman who knows nothing about vehicles, shoved me away the first time I went back to them. And the fact that the manager felt he did not need to contact me back on Saturday, this I will not leave. Ladies DO NOT use this place. They think we are stupid and have no idea about the vehicles we drive every day.
KFC app is absolutely the worst to order from, they ***** your money but your order does not get placed. Third time this has happened to me. I have phoned them three times with a promise a reference number will be emailed to me and sms for my refund. I have yet to receive this. I have sent emails with no response. I had to order from another platform in order to get food for my family. KFC has ****** R182 from me and does not seem they interested in resolving this. They are ******* and I will never support them again. I spent over R300 for dinner and only received the pizza I ordered from a different restaurant as KFC stole my money and my order never placed.
I am very disappointed in how Capitec responds to fraud on a persons bank account. An amount cam off my account on Monday evening with no authorization push notice for me to accept it and this large amount of money was just taken from my account. I phoned capitec immediately and they stopped my card and told me to wait 7 to 14 days to hear from someone. What must I do in the meantime with no money now, this amount was my month amount to live, I am a single parent and now have no more money due to this and I must wait two weeks for someone to actually contact me! This is not right. How do you expect me to live now till you can figure out why this amount came off my account with no approval from my side. I have been a client of Capitec for a good few years and this is nonsense I must wait for my money that I have worked hard for. I went to the branch the next day to get a new card and updated to be told there is no feedback as its to early and then I get charge for a new card, I didn't lose my card, cause of unauthorized transaction on Capitecs side, I must replace my card and then still get charge R70 for this, which now has left my account basically empty. A friend of mine had the same problem at another bank and her money was retrieved immediately back to her. Why does Capitec make us wait for so long for our own money. I want my money back in my account immediately. I am not happy at all about this!
I have had endless problems with you guys. I am actually at ends wits now. I changed my debit date, well I thought I did until I was switches off on 27th July. I phoned in, spoke to an agent who went back onto recordings to find out I did change my debit date, but the agent did not change it. She said she would change the date and reconnect me. When I want to pay my account on the 30th I see I must pay a reconnection fee for the mistake you have made. I phoned in once again and your useless agent said he would send my query to the service department. So I paid the package amount and some extra damn amount that was there excluding the reconnect fee. I now have been cut off once again. I have paid, why the hell have you cut me off again???? I am not paying more, you guys just keep adding amounts onto my account and expect me to pay and if I don't you cut me off!!!! You are thieves. I am so done with you guys!!! You just steal people money. Sort my account out reconnect my dstv!!! I am not paying extra for a mistake your agents!!!
I had a DSTV account over two years ago, I now would like to reconnect and get told there is an outstanding balance on my account, where I had phoned in two years ago to cancel my account, they have no recorded of my cancellation. They ask me to send them proof of the phone call, what a joke, how would they like me to send proof of a phone call from over 2 years ago from a number I no longer have. So cause the person I spoke to did not do what was required, I have to pay an outstanding amount to reconnect, oh and I was never informed about the outstanding amount, no emails were ever sent to me stating I owe them money. DSTV is a joke and I refuse to pay the outstanding amount. I will rather get wifi and stream everything.
Absolute worse company. They keep asking me for money but never connect my wifi. They have added topups onto my account which I never requested and charging me for it. Get sent emails I must pay a certain amount, I pay that amount and then get sent another email to pay another amount. this has happened three times. they refuse to reconnect me until I pay the three amount. I am so angry as they just take your money and don't provide the service. Disgusting!!!!!
