I had raised a concern about a claim that got rejected, and I got a response here that there will be an investigation, and I will get feedback, which I never did. I have tried calling multiple times and will be waiting for the call to be connected to a consultant. All I want to find out is the correct code to be used for the claim.

I consulted with an educational psychologist in december and GEMS rejected the claim even though I still had funds in the educational psychology pocket. Now i have to pay a huge sum as a result, they didn't even cover a fraction of it
If only it was possible to not give any star. Why are your call centre agents harrasing me and speaking Zulu on the other side of the line as if every black person speaks that language. Surely I have a right to ask for them to stop calling me? I told two people I don’t want insurance and guess who the third call was from? The guy speaking Zulu again. Maybe if you guys had reasonable premiums then you wouldn’t have to harass us with calls like this. We have cheaper options and this just put me off your company forever. I need to know how I can make sure you never call me again even in the future.
What is the right procure for the staff to follow if they suspect someone stole from the shop? I know talking to everybody, but them isn’t one of them. May I please have an email address to where I can raise this issue?

I went to the Postnet at Ninapark to return an item that Zara SAID I could return, they told me they can't help me because I don't have the original package of the item. How? When I obviously have a return receipt that I got from ZARA? Nowhere does it say that I can't return it without the box. I obviously managed to share the receipt with ZARA, because I have evidence of the purchase on my emails. Tell me how does it make sense? I have returned my clothes without the original package before by the way. I just bought those plastic packages from POSTNET LYTTELTON with zero hussle. This isn't the first time I got a bad service from there. Last month they told me they haven't received my packages without checking and told me to return home and wait for an sms, which never came until I went back. The only time I ever got a good service is when I'm served by this black lady.
I reported that my car got hit by a hailstorm in the first week of October, I have exhausted all options to try and get my car fixed, but till this day nothing has been done. Disappointed but not surprised, that every month they still debit my account. I have been paying my premiums for 6 years every month and they can’t even fix my windscreen. When it’s time for them for beg over the phone to come give them good ratings on hello Peter, as if they’re customer service is all that. Bored
