I ordered food with Uber eats for someone and the driver tried to make contact but could not. Sad part is that a photograph of my food order was put in the tarred road them a picture taken whereby they said they have delivered the food. Person went outside to check for the food as the impression given was that it was left there. Contact Uber eats to ask about it and was told I will not get a refund. Issue is that it says it was delivered in the street but the food is not there to make it worse they placed on the driveway for the phone evidence of delivery. How did you you delivered the food yet it wasn't. How do you say IAM not gonna get a refund as IAM not asking for it but the food. They did not wanna answer me as to what will happen to the food I paid for and didn't get it. Daylight ******* Indeed and people are taken for granted.
Purchased Sundowns soccer tickets last week and was assisted by a helpful manager.. I went back to purchase Banyana Banyana tickets on the 9th and was rudely told by Joseph doing a late shift that they don't sell soccer tickets. Entered inside the shop and the cashier lady without a name tag was also rude to me saying that they have never sold tickets. When I asked for her name and said that I bought tickets from the manager before she refused with her name and said the manager is the only one who sells tickets. I asked for the manager and was told he is not there. I also asked for his numbers and she refused to give me. The whole team then ganged up on me when I wanted to take a photo of her as an exhibit she rudely told me I can report her as she is the only one on a late shift. Two nyaope man joined the team outside and we're told to take a good look at me and note me down I don't know for what. Very very disappointed with BP
Owner and designer very rude and does not follow business ethics. Suspended my business website after receiving payment and blocked my number so that I could not communicate with them.
McDonald's in Hatfield square is dropping my call every time I call them as there was an issue with an Uber eats delivery
Went to Old Mutual Bank Brooklyn to request a new bank card and they had no power yesterday. Waited and decided to leave after about 30 minutes. Visited them again today and was told that they are off-line Please improve your service offering to your customers.
Manager on duty very rude and has no name tag. Queues very long and staff shortage evident.

They have 6 counters open but option for twelve is available. How is this so on a busy period.
Hello Iam not more than 10km away from them and I was told that I will get my delivery yesterday before 17h00 to my shock when I enquire this morning Iam told it will be delivered tomorrow. What nonsense is this? It does not even take more than 14 minutes to drive to me and to make it worse their driver returned parcel to the depot without even coming to my address. This company should not be used for any deliveries or they should change their staffing for better service delivery. Iam a very annoyed customer.
I would like to send my appreciation to Wayne Benjamin (hope I got the spelling correct) for assisting me with a payment query today. Spoke to 5 people for 2 hours and 50 minutes before finally getting through to him. It’s amazing what a positive difference one person can make in an organization after experiencing huddles when speaking to others and one actually hanging up on me. Great work indeed and may you also assist others the same way.
