Pathetic and unreachable.. Tried every means to get hold of them.. Yalu has moved accounts to them and I need to do a claim but now they just eat away at my funds for years but when we get retrenched they are unreachable.. This is robbery at first glance.. Absolutely disgusting..
So I have had firstly a pathetic experience of paying my premiums although being unemployed and was not getting my cover for over 3 months.. After hello Peter the first time I was sorted and had one payment made since May last year.. I was retrenched in April.. So for the rest of the year I only got one premium paid.. Now with robbery and disgust I receive another mail stating that my premiums need to be paid in order for my cover to be paid.. So how does a retrenched person with no income be liable to pay a premium when there is no income.. I guess these band of robbers are out again to pray on the poor.. These giants always have something that just pops up to ***** the person who had paid diligently for the cover.. So I ask if u can't afford the premium because u don't have an income then for the past year of paying and by the process of meerkat paying and starting to pay late because of there problems the poor man gets poorer.. This company is just a big scam and commercial robbery is at there high bleeding the less fortunate.. Absolute disgust...
Took a few bites into a peeper steak pie and then pow.. A lump of thick pepper paste went down my throat.. Still busy with chest burns and have a piece kept to show somebody.. It was an absolute disgust..
So I started getting charged for swiping at pos terminals.. I was on the package for R5 a month which was perfect for me.. So I queried as to why I started getting charged for swiping all of a sudden and was told that my account had been changed.. Who authorized this.. It definitely was not me.. Now they charging me a higher monthly account fee and I must pay for swiping.. This is robbery...
I have been retrenched earlier this year and had spoken numerous times to there agents but they don't seem to understand.. I cannot make payment and they keep on debiting an account with no money as a result I have debt of bank charged which go into thousand.. No heart and ruthless company.. Never once missed a payment but trying to explain to them where must I get income yet my bank charges my account every month R90 which I don't have..

I have previously reported them and I guess degrees big words and a multi million rand company gets away with robbery.. I have been retrenched since April this year and when asked to make a claim I was told that I canceled my policy.. Acceptance of that fact why am I still being debited from my account as an unemployed citizen.. They are tarnishing my personal respect and deforming my character.. I guess with these thieves the reach and educated get richer and we keep struggling to survive.. Does anyone care.. Can someone assist.. I want to take on these millionaires that only get rich buy making us more destitute.. I will not surrender and do a publication for all us struggling citizens who are robbed every month... Papers, public acts I will go to defeat this company which has been digging my grave instead of pulling me out this whole.. All promises but thieves at the end...
I have had unprofessional service since I paid.. Unprofessional technicians who did an incomplete installation but activated my line.. This is utter disgust.. I am paying for something not installed.. Been trying since Monday to try and get someone I can speak to direct from vumatel and web africa.. This is pathetic being robbed

Pathetic service... It seems that even hello Peter can't help with these disgustful service of so called attorneys... Paid my account i was told to and promised a paid up letter and no response from this so called service based mutants.. previous reply was we will get back to u which must be automated since they stink.. all those calls of harassment to past clients and me paying what I am not sure is mine is waiting for paid up letter so I can dispute.. bunch of high powered rip offs
