I wish i had read the reviews before joining them , now im locked into a contract with a company that double debits when ever they feel like with no notification , increase rates as they please , when questioned about it they make it seem as if you are the one that is wrong , a word of advise , they are just in it for the money and not protection of your car STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!
These people are the biggest joke of a company , they called me today to say that i owe them R 1899.00 for a router that was returned months ago in full working condition , now months later after i cancelled the service they call to say they taking legal action against me , i want to see them try , because the router was in full working condition now they claiming that there is something wrong , calls to this company go unheard , dont ever join them , i hope their company burns to the ground for trying to rob people , i will be contacting the ombudsman and taking them up
THIS COMPANY DOESNT DESERVE TO BE OPEN !!!!!!! FOR MONTHS I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO SET UP A DEBIT ORDER AND THEY HAVE NEVER SET IT UP , EVERY MONTH I HAVE TO CALL TO MAKE PAYMENT now that i want to cancel due to their **** service , i have to pay last months installment , this months installment yet it is already cut off (7/04/2022) and a pick up charge so the total i must pay is over 1K , and to make matters worse theres charges on the bill that they dont even know what for , now after 30 min on the line because its 5.30 they hung up on me and the offices are closed , what type of service is that??? DONT EVER JOIN THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A HUGE RIP OFF AND DONT KNOW THEIR HEAD FROM THEIR TAIL , NO ONE KNOWS WHATS GOING ON IN THIS COMPANY THEY JUST THERE TO TAKE MONEY AND DONT CARE IF THEY PROVIDE A SERVICE OR NOT , I DO NOT KNOW HOW THEY CAN ADVERTISE NO FUSS NO CONTRACTS BUT YET THEY EAT YOU FOR MONEY I SERIOUSLY WISH THE WORST FOR THE CEO THE COMPANY MUST CLOSE !!!!!! DAY LIGHT ROBBERY
this company doesn't even deserve 1 star , they are outright liars , i have had problems with them from the start with my LTE line, even when i signed up i was informed it was a month to month basis ,that's why i signed up now a cancellation fee applies when i was told there wasn't and i have to pay for them to pick up the router the amount comes to more that the month fee which is nonsense , you can never get a hold of anyone on the telephone either spent over 30 min on the line waiting to speak to someone and never got any joy , don't ever make the mistake of joining this company , total rip offs
DO NOT EVEN BOTHER SPEAKING OR WASTING YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY complete frauds , cant even get a hold of anyone , never got my service but im being debited for what , when i dont even have a service , i tried over 50 times to reach someone this week with no joy , i keep getting transferred but then i get cut off a word of advice AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS
I recently went to this doctor on the 02/06/2021 to do a Covid test , because im on medical aid i was charged R 833.00 for one visit and to top it off there is another charge of R 208.00 for a telephonic consult (which was less that 5min)which i never asked for Now that im looking at my Discovery statement i see another charge of 850.00 when questioned it they dont know what it is for they have been the only place that i used the medical aid so where did all these charges come from???? so in total i was charged R 1891.00 for one doctors visit what a rip off , i would advise people with medical aid not to go to this doctor
A word of advise to all those people looking to get rain , *DONT !!!!!!!!!* i am 0.16km away from the tower and im getting 0.08meg peak and off peak , the connection has never been over 1meg , but they advertise speeds up to 10meg , its a total waste of money and time, rather go to any other service provider than them even telkom they have terrible reviews as well but at least they give you a service that you can use most of the time , i want a full REFUND asap !!!!!!
I just got a call from Mirriam , due to me having a few questions , i am appalled and disgusted with the service provided , i was seriously considering purchasing but after speaking to her , I THINK NOT , i dont understand how someone can be so rude to potential buyers especially after these riots , people are trying to get services back up and running people have lost their jobs and then we have people like Mirriam who could care less about helping or even value that she has a job rather pay a little more and get valued as a client instead of being treated as if i owe them something before i even buy
Telkom is the WORST service provider for home internet , I have services for only three months now , out of those three months i have only had services for two months , i was told by an openserve tech to upgrade to a LTE line , which i did , they automatically cancelled my order with no notice or confirmation , now im sitting without services , i took my router in store they advised me that i need to pay one thousand rand to get a new one , yet it was no fault of my own , what a rip off , although the ADSL lines are going to be obsolete and they soon will be upgrading everyone onto LTE , they cannot do that now and still want me to pay , stating that they cannot help , not even trying to provide compensation or even a replacement until they upgrade the lines and up till now the 04/12 not one person has gotten back to help or even retain me as a client , THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY , I REGRET SIGNING UP FOR A 24 month contact , they just there to take your money , even if you don't have services Dont ever make the mistake of joining these people , you will just end up paying more than you should
