Took my car to MBG Automotive for a mechanical issue. When I went to fetch my car it was nicely washed and the mechanical issue was resolved, however it had 2 deep scratches on the dashboard. The issue the car had, had nothing to do with the dashboard. No one knows what happened to the dashboard, I'm furious, require answers and need my car to be fixed.

Buffalo International Logistics is the worst company to deal with ,I ordered clothes from Shein,Shein confirmed delivery in South Africa two weeks ago to Buffalo. They have been sending message that does not make sense, saying have delivered the parcel while they have not.Have not received communication from them except for the message saying they have delivered my parcel while they have not.Im starting to believe they are big ****mers ,that have no integrity and poor comms. They are not contactable which is very frustrating, when calling you are provided a whatsapp number which you get no response from once messaged the number.
Siba was very professional and friendly and managed to sort my query without any hiccups.
I'm a prestige client for Standard bank and yet I have received the worst service from them. Even the so called banker that's supposed to be helping me with my needs has been useless. I have asked them a numerous times for a paid up letter or to clear my name at Experian for a credit card account I closed back in 2018.Experian (credit beuorex) is still reflecting the account as open and is also showing an outstanding balance which is impacting my credit score negatively. I now want to buy a house and cannot get Standard bank to clear my name with Experian or provide me with a paid up letter, so that I can follow up with experian. I've been thier customer since 2007 when I started working and now I'm doubting If I should continue with thier service, seeing that they don't take care of their customers.
I'm disappointed and shattered with the service I have received at Standard bank. I have been with them for as much as I can remember. I have a credit card that was in arrears which I closed in 2017.They advised me that they will inform the various credit beraus about the settlement. That has not happened. It's impacting my credit report negatively, I have been requesting and following up constantly with them, they have been make empty promises up until now.
I have experienced the worse service from Multichoice, I've called them numerous times, wasting my minutes on an issue caused by them,they billed me incorrectly, almost * 3 the amount I was supposed to pay. When I asked them to investigate this issue, I was informed that I was going to be called back. I have been waiting for weeks. Unfortunately I reversed the R1500 they billed me as I was supposed to pay R600 and I told them I would only pay if they fix my billing. They haven't sorted that and now they have deactivated my account. It's no wonder people are going for other options. Thier service is bad. Numerious agents have informed me that they have escalated the matter and I would get a callback with 48 hrs and that hasn't happened. I need my services to be activated whilst hey investigate this matter urgently and I hope I don't get billed incorrectly again on the next debit order.
