Old Mutual
I submitted a claim on the 28th of August. It is not October my claim has not been paid. I have made numerous calls asking for an update. Each time I am given different versions on why there is a delay. When I called on 10th I was told that my claim was cancelled on the 25th of Sept. Without any notification. I contacted them on Twitter on the 10th. Was told that I will be contacted the next day. It's the 12th of October, no response. This is the kind of service we have to put up with at Old Mutual.

PMB branch. Was looking for coffee to buy for my date. She was looking for a specific flavour. Ended up buying a different flavour which she seemed to enjoy. Friendly staff.

Food with Mold at Shoprite
My father bought Milk Tart at Shoprite Capital Centre, PMBurg on 2022/09/20. It had mold on it. Yet it indicated as still edible. Becareful when making purchases at that retail store. Rather choose a different Shoprite.

Very Good service
Very friendly staff. During every situation, there is hope. You are kept us informed. To the Maternity ICU, Front Desk Admin and Even Security Guards on duty on the 12th, 13th and 14th, Day and Night Duty. I want to thank you. I know you are doing your best with my wife PS Khanyile and My son LM Mkhize. Thank you guys.

False Advertising
I took up the 24 month pricelock from Multichoice. When I signed contract it clearly stated that I will pay R550 for 24 months. On top of that I can have extra view for free. Contrary to contract, I have been debited R707 without prior warning. My name is Andile Mkhize. My cell is 0718069840. I have also reported matter to Consumer Protection Act for false advertising.
