bad service at Nando's Menlyn Park Drive Thru
lodged a complaint last week which they called me to advise they will refer to nando's menlyn even today i am still waiting, CAS-69960-COM8W5 then have a nerve to ask me to rate the service while my complaint hasn't been resolved .

Wish I came here before I ordered !! Ordered on the 27/11/2025 and got an sms that my order will be delivered on the 1/12 then they kept quiet, yesterday got an sms to say it’s out on delivery I’ll get a link then afternoon I get a link that the driver

Your drivers are ******* and unfortunately because y’all like cheap service by the people you hire one of your stupid drivers left with my food as delivered while he didn’t !! Obviously the pin is my cell they just put it there I want my money today !! Imagen I just downloaded the app again but now I see the reason why I deleted it at the first place , please refund me my money

Debonairs Menlo park is **** !!and I order there almost every month,I ordered online at 12:45 and now it’s 14:45 where’s the pizza? Made calls over 7 times by that time I’m at work ,your service sucks and I’ll never order again your driver can eat that ****

It doesn’t make sense that in the past 2weeks after 18:30 I don’t have a stable network ,I’ve been with you for more than 6 years and this is what I am paying for ?I have to chat to get help but how do I chat without network? Ahg someone needs to call me don’t because the app is useless too
