I would like to extend my gratitude to Noise boys in Polokwane for the best service they rendered to me. They managed to fix my exhaust which was furnished by Some company where I service my car and they went an extra mile by creating brackets for it to avoid future damages as they're aware that all Renault kwids had common exhaust problems. I am very happy about their service.
They have been faithful in their service delivery. Personnel is very friendly and understanding, supportive and honest.
I know it seems like I’m always complaining but I complain for a reason. I know I have rights and I choose to voice them here. It doesn’t help at some point but the extent of my continuous disappointments pushes me to say something until something happens. I had a problem with my Renault kwid 2017 model exhaust. According to my little knowledge, my car came with a 5years warranty which covers some car components within those 5 years. So like I said my car is 3 years old still falls within the 5years warranty. Maybe I don’t understand what a warranty is , I could be assisted in understanding how it works. But my knowledge says my exhaust should be replaced as it falls within the 5years warranty. Anyways I took my car which the exhaust made some weird noise two weeks after it was serviced by BB auto Renault Polokwane. They checked it and said indeed it needs replacement but they have to charge me since we’ll the exhaust doesn’t fall within the renault 5years warranty. So they fixed some minor things which I asked of them without any hustle. So I said they we took the car but it was worse than it came. Some volves on the exhaust were not tied up like it came. It was totally fallen. Making worst sounds like it came only because they wanted it fixed their way. I’m so so so disappointed by the service together with their service manager christine lottering who send a warranty request to liquid capital which is my service plan service provider. Obviously my plan with them is to cover only service and not maintenance. I hope this time serious steps needs to be taken against this dealership. They’re not taking us serious at all and it seemed like they always get away with this. Renault South Africa called me to check how the service was I complained and all they did was apologize but this time around I hope something profound should be done to resolve this disgusting behavior and service by this dealership. I’m personally tired of this ****py service.

I called to book in my car for service yesterday in the morning. They said I must bring it in today at 07h00 I did came at the speculated time but to my surprise there were other people on the queue who are walk in and they considered them before me because they came first. My question was, why then do we call for bookings they say it’s procedure. But if that is precedural why isn’t it followed in managing queues based on formal bookings. I’m still waiting for my car to be serviced and it’s already 12h00 noon
We are having problem with multi choice. I was using EFT payment to pay them. So since it's festive season, I Decided to create a stop order which went through but I was disconnected and this is not happening for the first time. The only thing that can proof I have paid is my bank statement but at lebowakgomo multichoice they said it's not accepted. It doesn't make any sense at all bcz it is the only proof there is for a stop order payment. I'm really not happy I'm taken to and fro
