I've been a Netstar customer for more than 10 years. I recently bought a new vehicle and because I've been with them for so long they were my go-to for the new vehicle. What a mistake! First I waited weeks for fitment and had to follow up numerous times with them about it without anyone really getting back to me. Then, when the device was eventually fitted it was faulty, but they were billing me. When I realised the device was faulty I contacted them and they eventually sent out someone to repair it. I queried being billed for the time the device was not working and asked for a refund for this time. No response! Numerous follow ups later and months later and still no response! I am horrified at the few times I've received a sms about tampering on my car and no calls received from Netstar to check if everything is ok when I didn't respond. I could have been lying dead in a ditch and they would care less. I am comparing this service to Tracker, where a family member of mine received a call from them because the vehicle ventured into an unsafe area late in the evening. I signed up for the top of the range package with Netstar - the Early Warning one - and this is the type of service I expected, but have not received. I called the contact centre today to cancel and was told of a settlement amount, which is due to my debits not going through. I don't dispute this, the debit order has bounced but this was deliberate on my end because I wasn't getting the service I was paying for and I wasn't getting feedback on my refund request. When I told the consultant this she said I would need to contact another department for the refund and when I told her I don't have endless airtime to call various departments she confirmed my number, said she would call me back and then hung up without even giving me a chance to say goodbye. I still haven't heard from her and it's hours later. Quick to debit and re-debit, but not to resolve issues. Not even a courtesy call to find out when I can make payment as I've been a loyal good standing client for more than 10 years, and have had no payments bounce until now. Instead, they just try to take payment again and again with no success and send me a sms. They don't even have a complaints email on their website, and it's probably because there's no point. They don't deal with complaints. Sies man! Customer service does not exist at Netstar!
I've ordered from Bottles a few times and most of the time I haven't received everything I ordered and have had to be refunded. I will be honest though and give them their props for super fast delivery. The main problem I have is that I have been waiting nearly 4 months for a refund of R216. The refund to my Tyme account failed, which is something I think Tyme Bank needs to work on because it's not the first time I experienced issues with their card. Bottles then sent me an email requesting my banking details, which I sent. I followed up with them a few times after this and they indicated the refund would be processed in 3 - 14 days. A few weeks further down the line i did another follow up and they requested confirmation of bank account, which I sent. After another follow up they requested I complete and sign a refund application form, which I did and sent. After more follow ups and sending these through 4 times, I still haven't received a refund. What a ridiculous process and a very long time to wait for a refund as a result of a system and process that doesn't work properly. Hoping I #WIN
I am addicted to Takealot shopping. I want to give them props for: 1. Delivery that is usually well ahead of the estimated delivery date 2. A simple and easy returns and refund process, which I have had no issues with 3. Customer service that is always friendly and super helpful 4. Amazing deals 5. Wide variety of products We've bought numerous items from them in the last couple of months since we moved into our new home and it's made acquiring much needed items, like security camera's, solar lights, etc. so much easier and quicker. And again, I want to echo the super fast delivery is off the chain! Keep innovating and doing great work! Hoping I #WIN
Super fast delivery and great customer service. I ordered the morning and received my order around 3pm the same day. This was appreciated even more because I didn't take anything out of the freezer to make for dinner, so we had the surprise same day delivery as a back up. The ribs are amazing! My family loves it! Thank you for exceeding my expectations!
We've been DSTV customers for years with a 3 way connection. Our primary decoder was stolen in February this year and we claimed from the Multichoice insurance, but instead of getting the Explora we claimed for, we received an HD decoder. I was advised to take it to Multichoice to get Explora. Multichoice told me they already they deactivated our working decoder that was still in our possession so we must keep the HD decoder we got from the insurance and they will do another claim for the Explora. Eventually we received it but ever since we did, we have been dealing with issues and couldn't get all our devices working as they were before, despite numerous lengthy calls and live chats with them. Eventually we called an installer who also wasn't able to correct the issue despite numerous calls to Multichoice in the 5 hours he was at our home trying to get us connected. He then advised us to go back to Multichoice to link all 3 decoders. We did that and discovered the problem was related to decoders that were faulty, which is the reason our attempts were futile. But this trip was also not the last resort because the agent at Multichoice didn't do his job correctly and we still had to call in again. R1200 for the installer to help us and many interactions with Multichoice later we are finally connected properly. I'd like Multichoice to reimburse me the R1200 we spent to get an issue sorted that resulted from them firstly, processing our insurance claim incorrectly and secondly, sending us faulty decoders.
I placed an order with Snatcher on 3 August 2020. They accommodated my request to cancel a few items (that was great, thank you) and collect from their office. Two weeks later I was notified my order was ready for collection. Upon collection I was informed my order was not there as it had been dispatched for delivery accidentally. Weeks later and after many queries the item finally arrived, only to appear damaged. I notified them the same day and they arranged for collection. It is weeks later and I still haven't received my refund despite numerous follow ups. I've been in communication with this company nearly every day for the last month and am still having to follow up with them to get the matter completely resolved. I will never order from them again, no matter how good the deal may appear.
I settled my loan account with Standard Bank at the end of May and my credit report has still not been updated. Despite numerous attempts to get the accounts updated, this has still not been done.
I settled my store and credit card accounts with Woolworths towards the end of 2019 and these accounts are reflecting on their system and on my credit reports as in arrears and with large active balances. Despite numerous attempts to get the accounts updated, this has still not been done.
Super fast delivery and great customer service that far exceeded my expectations. Delivery within less than 24 hours. Amazing!
