Dear Capitec Bank Complaints Team, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unresolved debit order issue on my bank account, **Reference: CF61551035**. Since **March 2023**, an amount of **R187.40** was deducted from my account for a **funeral cover debit order**. I reported this matter to Capitec under the above reference number and was advised that it would be resolved. However, despite numerous follow-ups, **no refund has been processed to date**. It is unacceptable that I have had to pursue this matter for such a prolonged period for an error that was not of my making. This has caused ongoing inconvenience and has significantly affected my trust in Capitec as a financial institution. I hereby formally request: 1. **Immediate refund** of the R187.40 deducted 2. **Written confirmation** of when the refund will reflect in my account 3. Confirmation that **no further unauthorized deductions** will occur Should this matter not be resolved urgently, I will escalate it further through the appropriate channels and reconsider holding my salary account with Capitec. I was on a trip from Rustenburg Mall to Biblo Plaza Rustenburg at 18h12 drop-off was at 18h20. I happen to leave my brand new towel which is green in color bought at Sheet Street, tried to contact the driver multiple times but he ignored me as I communicated with him to inform him about my towel. This is unacceptable, to my surprise you're on a bolt and drivers take home clients' items. Well, this was the last time using Bolt, and I'd suggest that people should never use Bolt again, ill rather opt for Uber they are professional. We are not valued by clients
