Colcaccio disaster
Ordered dinner from our favourite fast food store but pizza was ice cold , salad already had a Mayo styled dressing ??plus two side dressings and there were no utensils . Very disappointed

Edgars - no system or procedure in place
Wanting to close my account and it’s taken me a trip to Edgars (systems down ) Jet then 5 phone calls to be told I was not supposed to make payment at Jet. Now I need to wait 24 hours to hope it reflects then call again then try get to another number for the value added . All the while being charged interest . It should not be so difficult. Definitely not customer or user friendly

Mango delay
My daughter was returning to UK in the 1st Jan from CT via JHB . Her flight was delayed and in turn she missed her connecting and landed up in JHB after 21:30 . She asked for assistance from SAA as Mango and Lufthansa was already closed . They could not assist with accommodation or information . Luckily , we found family available that had not gone away for the holidays , to accommodate her for two nights until they could reschedule her . I am horrified to think that she would have been stranded as a young woman all by herself .

Faulty meter
Water bill shot up yo over R4500 end of last year with one person in the house . Reported to municipality and they advised to call out leakage detectors .... did everything and paid all for 3 call outs . Then they said we need to have the meter checked , paid the R933 22 nov . Said it would take 2-3 weeks . Called in December , they said nothing was actions because staff were on leave . Called , as advised on 29 Jan and still nothing has transpired and they cannot say why no action has been taken . In the mean time we have to pay the exorbitant amount every month .

Vodacom fiber help !
I enquired after fiber a few months back and decided on another option . I am now getting sms and emails to say that my fiber has been successfully activated . I did not sign anything or receive anything . I did call support and they are not able to help .
