I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Wesbank's action regarding their early termination fee. Not only did they charge me this additional fee without my knowledge, but they fail to notify me as a customer about it, This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable and shows blatant disregard to their customers. Their tone in this matter is of neglect and disrespect towards their customers. I will be closing my account and moving my business with another finance house.
I would like to thank SOS Lifestyle for their exceptional service. Sean has great management qualities and goes beyond to keep his clients happy. I have had and encounter with someone that takes pride in his team and workmanship ensuring the best service. I would recommend that the public reach out to SOS Lifestyle to have the best service. I did an online order for delivery and there is a field for special instructions which does not get noticed, what is this for? I requested for delivery before a specific date as this was a gift I purchased now the delivery will be after the date I requested, totally unhappy
I had a credit card with nedbank and this is still on my credit profile. I got retrenched in 2016 and last payment was July 2017. Why is this still on my itc report
I had a credit card with nedbank for many years. I was retrenched in 2016 and the insurance paid a portion of my installment. Since 2017 July Nedbank has listed me and now say that thd debt has not prescribed. This is annoying Such an old debt still on my profile

i have been notifying personal loans of my situation, they were kind enough to reduce my instalment, leaving the difference to fall into arrears, I am well aware of the consequences when making payment arrangements, but since i could not make extra payments towards the arrears i then started telling the loans department to please try and find a solution for me, i was told by customer care and at the branch \you are a high risk client\" No one will assist you, you have to pay your account by your own means.<br> <br> thank you Nedbank for kindly letting me know my importance after i got myself into the agreement."
Hi I have been to the branch since March this year to cancel my landline and keep getting told it will be done and month after month get billed, When i did the last payment after calling cancellation and been at the branch both the cancellation and the branch told me that the line is cancelled. So all in all i am under the impression that the line is cancelled, handed the sim card to the branch done the payment and left as i was told this is the final amount to be paid. I did and ITC report to only see that i owe Telkom R622.00 Where does this come from as when i called billing the line has not been cancelled,<br> Guys please can someone get their job done. When the line was active i got sms from telkom telling me the amount due, since the last payment done i never got any sms and that was confirmation to me that the consultant did their work. I was clearly mistaken.
