This company took my money for a 5kw Deye inverter and then ran away. I have opened a ***** case against them but not getting any joy with SAPS. DO NOT use them they are complete *****sters
And once again The Courier guy has completely got my delivery wrong :-(. My parcel is sitting in PE when it should be in East London. How and why no one knows.....when 80% of my collections and deliveries are incorrect, you wonder how a business can run so inefficiently.
What a delightful experience even during load shedding. There was enough lighting in store for us to view the variety of goods they have and the Hemmingways branch is beautifully clean and shelves are stocked. I am always a bit dubious about buying electrical products (in this case my boyfriend wanted a drone), and was pleasantly surprized that at the till, the manager asked permission to open it in front of us and checked that absolutely everything we needed was there. He also took the time to explain the warrenty and what we needed to be careful of when charging the batteries etc. Its taking the time to make sure a customer is happy with their purchase that makes a difference. The ladies behind the till were smiling and friendly even while battling through load shedding. Will definately be going back there again
From the start I have had endless hassles with Telkom adsl, wifi and now mobile. You cannot get through to anyone, they debit then the next month they dont. They are quick to cut you off but it takes days of fighting to get reconnected even when it is their fault. I am still waiting for a router from 2019 - the first one took 4 months and then after they wanted to upgrade me with all of the sales promises, I have still never received my router. Now I am having endless hassles with the mobile side. The service is absolutely shocking!!!!
Well done to Rhenus PE. You have an absolute gem in Kirsty Vockerodt. Needed assistance is tracking a parcel for collection. Wasn't even her department but she went out of her way to assist and got back to me with all the info I needed. Great customer service!
What an amazing company. Their accounting packages are so simple to use and the service has truly been amazing. I was having issues with my banking app and couldn't make payment by my due date. Big shout out to Thabani Mpofana for going the extra mile and getting my package extended a few days until I could make the payment. Thabani also followed up to make sure everything was fine. To the whole sage team, you guys are awesome.
Ever since Telkom has moved over to this LTE fibreless what every the hell you call it in Vincent East London, my cell reception has been shocking. I never had a problem before until the change over, now people cant even hear me on the phone and most of my calls dont go through. I am not going to pay for a service that I am not going to be able to use....this is ridiculous Telkom get your house in order!!!!!
