DHL used to be one of the best in the game. Do not waste your money on DHL use other platforms to safe your money and to be represented well. DHL staff OR Tambo employees is running DHL down. Don’t even bother complaining to any of them because they are all the same.
Save your money and avoid using DHL. Never in my life have I been so let down. I brought in some valuable items worth R6,000, and DHL sold me out to SARS. To make matters worse, they will even blame SARS. People don't want to import goods because of DHL OR Tambo. Still in shock, I paid R12k to Sars customs. They are noncommunicative, will disregard you, and will act as though you are insane. When you complain and ask to speak to a manager they’ll transfer to their colleagues same position, you should see DHL communication with SARS you’ll be shocked for your life.
Since August of last year, my belongings have been kept at Storage King. I finally agreed after being compelled to complete a debit order out of desperation. The second month, they attempted to debit my account, but no money was deducted and R900 was added to my account, but I paid it that month. I then requested that the debit order be cancelled because I do not have a set date for receiving payment. I was ignored so they could debit again, and money was added again. It was happening until December, when they stopped, but they continue to add return debit order and late payment charges to my account, which I still do not understand. I wanted to take my belongings out of their custody, so I asked for a settlement amount, but I was ignored. I should note that I have been making my installment payments since the first month of April. However, I received a call today demanding R9000, and I was threatened with the sale of my possessions if I failed to make the payment. Anyone who wants to help me recover my belongings should do so without hesitation. I am all in for any platform. Do yourself a huge favour and avoid storing your belongings at Storage King. ****mers will take advantage of you; they do not make money from storage, but from de*****ing others.
My car was registered but unlicensed when I purchased it in July 2024; we spent more than R12,000 on admission and registration. I was instructed to have the car inspected for roadworthiness and license. In other words, I have to pay for the roadworthy and license disk once more. The manager was busy when I called and never returned my call. Note that there are a lot of Ford dealerships; avoid purchasing from Ford Midrand. The attitude in that dealership is unbelievable. I know exactly what I paid for, and they denigrate people. This is not my first incident with the dealership they will ignore you & treat you like a fool
I’ve never received such poor service from Dstv. No wonder people don’t use Dstv anymore it makes sense.
I ordered clothes worth R1500, imile charged me R830. I am not happy at all we buy from Shein because it’s cheaper obviously can’t afford expensive clothes. Imile logistics reap people off. What made me write this complaint it’s their services too. Courier guy came to my complex to deliver I sent him a code and he got lost in my complex then decided to leave he even said it that I don’t know where I live. I’ve never felt disrespected like this. The way he was talking to me he didn’t care.
Bought Dstv decoder explora in august till to date not active it’s November now. So Onair Tv delivered a wrong decoder that’s registered under someone else name been calling since I can’t be assisted. What they do is deducting money from my account. I won’t recommend it to anyone.
Avis is a ****, Avis ****med me . I’ve never been soo disappointed in my life. I’ve always used Avis in my life especially when I’m travelling. Lack of communication from front desk to the manager. You’ll complain alone no one cares as long as they took your money.
I hired a car via a bank because it was reasonable, went to fetch the car at Avis Kimberly. The car is already paid, I got there and I was told to pay R13000 as a deposit I did just that. I asked the gentleman that was assisting me if they’ll be any charges for dropping off the car at another destination he said yes and he mentioned R1400 charge. Cool I didn’t have a choice but to agree to pay it. The Sunday I called Lanseria for drop off, the lady said km supposed to drop the car at 10 am but there’s a grace period of 29mims great, I arrived there exactly at 10:28 I handed over the keys. I was told to leave the car needs to be checked out first. The car is full tank, no scratch, windscreen is perfect, no tollgates and no traffic tickets. The following day I get a statement from them, I was charged an extra day of R815 + insurance of more than Rl000 + R 2000 drop off. I then called Lanseria Avis I spoke to some lady explained everything to her, she was also shocked and said she’s going to talk to her boss it’s been 8 days now waiting for them to contact me. I’ve always been using Avis for years now but this time they showed me flames Avis ****med me.
My brother was robbed & stabbed to death in August he was covered with Capitec Funeral cover till to date we haven’t received pay out. At first they had asked for post mortem report battled to get it from Forensic, now that we submitted the report they want something else. Capitec is scamming people.
