I had very bad experience regarding telkom They not professionals Don't know how to treat customers It's been 3 weeks now they can't sort out my payment issue, I have been taken from pillar to post nuthing is happening, instead they have handed me over to their lawyers, mean time it's them who made a mistake by giving me wrong account details. N***x I am so ****ed by their service
Unfair blacklisting by Telkom Took a router with them,then canceled due to network issues.i called their customer care to settle my account,then agent sent me their banking details and reference number. I keep on receiving messages from their lawyers to say I didn't pay my account meanwhile I did,to find that their agent send me wrong details.now they have handed me over even tho I have payed,and send proof of payment several times...nxx I hate such service
Staff at clear water mall they not friendly at all They not well coming... It's not the first tym, I always go there but I don't like their attitude. Ig I could I would go to Cresta, but it's too far for me
I am not happy about the service I received today between checkers tambotie and checkers sixty Was charged twice for their mistake... I am very angry
Bad service from Telkom, they decided to suspend my service and nobody knw's why... Now I can't work as the wifi is off. I am so bored
am not happy about capitec,yesterday i transfered money into my fnb account,and i made it an emidiate payment....12 hours has passed m still waiting for my money. What inconvenience now i am sucked,i called and i iwas told to" wait for 4 hours it will reflect" 14 hours later i am still waiting.i really can't trust this bank again
I hv tried several times to report my case with Fnb ***** department,but it seems like they not willing to help me.haven't received any response from them.every month my account is being debited,i report but no help
Its been 3 months since i reported ***** with vodacom,i sent all the necessary documents that they requested,to date they still debiting from my account,that time i don't even have a contract with them.am so ****ed

I hv problem with vodacom,they hv tried to believe from my bank account,i don't even have an account with vodacom,i dny know where they got my banking details from.they hv even submitted to experian clear score that i hv opened an account with them.nxx am so ****ed
