I have been applying since 25th it shows completed and that I should wait on a sms, but than the next morning I get an sms and email saying I have to complete my application. I cannot get through to their line and also no one answers my emails. Every time I give permission to view my bank statement through online banking I expose my personal information. I loan is not approve just say so and stop wasting my time
Somehow I subscribed to your newsletters and now I'm getting weekly emails from them so I decided to download your app to try it out. It is literally like pulling nails . For every item, I click on to add to the basket I get a message to call the call center which I did and no one could help me mind you I am not even to buy on account it's a debit card purchase. I deleted the app and will unsubscribe from there
To whom it may concern I have been a Capitec client for years. I have been calling your customer service number 7 times today for the same thing every time I had to load airtime because they didn't do what I required your company did not only embarrassed me you ****ed me off and I am going to close my account with you. If I find that you have charged me for anything today. I am laying a fraudulent charge against your Company and every consultant I spoke with today. I am sending this exact email to Hello Peter and the top manager of Capitec. With just a simple request to increase my limit I was unable to do any transaction because it says I have exceeded my limit I literally didn't withdraw any money from my account today. I demand your superior to contact me ASAP. I might just come across and I simple client to you but I am a big influencer and will have alot of people stop using your bank.
I wrote a review about this company and how disappointed I am in there recruiting process. I still have not heard anything from them. Guess peoples view and concerns are not important to them.
I hesitate to write this review because I still wanted to give them the benefit of a doubt. But I am very unhappy and feel discriminate against. I have been applying for positions at Sanlam for over 5 years I have all the relevant experience and meet the requirements for the post but I keep on getting rejected. I even phone their HR directly and always get directed to someone else. And I eventually hang up. I know a couple of people that work for your company and they either on the same level as me or not clued up at all. You need to give everyone a fair chance.
I started training as a new employee at Capita on the 12th October 2020. Very exciting to started my new journey as I resigned at my previous job of 14 years to persue my career in customer service. Due to in unexpected incident that happened on my way to work on the 13th I turned around and went home when contacting work to say I won't be in I wasn't honest about my reasons cause of the fact that my trainees were both guys and I didn't feel comfortable telling them the truth when returning to work I was questioned about my reason and an investigation took place for 2 weeks I felt victimized being called out of training having fellow colleagues stare at me like commited some criminal act It was emotional breaking me as a honest hardworking person who admitted that I lied and really regretted it. I was suspended and everytime I was half way on my way to the meeting I get called saying it's postpone and they forgot to let me know sooner I waisted money and emotionally prepared myself to only have to drag out more it went on for 2 and a half weeks where they finally made the decision to dismissed me. I feel they have no empathy for me as a woman a mother who has mouths to feed even after pleading for them to give me a chance. I was td that I am a dishonest person who can't be trusted. A bunch of heartless ***est people. So much for being for the people
I am disgusted by the poor service and racism experience by this company. It's been 2 years and I have not received my money if I don't contact them or go to their office I would not know what's happening. When I get there I have to wait for hours before I get assistance. I am fed up now I want this case to be resolved and never want any dealing with this company again.
I have had some bad experiences with this company but this takes the cake. I was in the Parow Centre clothing branch where I wanted to purchase I few items while in the payment que I was assisted by a lady with a portable card machine I put in my pin and everything the amount went off on my phone but apparently didn't reflect on their side I was ask to make another payment as the 1st one didn't show and if the payment is duplicated they will refund me. I decided to leave the items as it seems like to much a Effort and I was not willing to pay twice for the same stuff. I was than informed by the manager to leave my details she will give me a call once the payment is showing on their side and than the money will be transferred back into my account. 2 days later I called the store to ask about my money the manager apparently forgot to contact me but they did receive the money and I need to come fetch it as the lines at bank is too long. Really I told her when I left the stuff that I don't stay in the area and it's too far for me to go all the way there. I eventually had to give out money to Uber till there and back to get my money. How inconsiderate and unprofessional.
I cannot find words to express my disappointment and frustration. I really wanted to play the lottery with the faith that even if I win enough to get me and my family through this tough time as I been laid of work due to the Corona pendemic. There are no lottery stations close to where I stay so I registered online to play that would be so perfect and convenient or so I thought the first transfer I made ws on the 3rd of August I did immediate payment from my banking app. I checked my wallet nothing is showing I called the ithuba customer care line about 15times only got through 2 times and I was first told that they have a system error really the biggest company in the country and I was told to give it 72hrs to reflect I again did another transfer. I emailed my proof of payment as requested and it's now the 11th I have not received any response I think it's pathetic. I just want my money back I'll try my luck somewhere else
This is the worst hospital and i feel sorry that our people living in this area has got no where else to go. My mother who is a 59yr old woman had to walk 3 weeks after her medication every time she has to wake up early to stand in a line whole day only to be told to come the next day. They never answer there phones and i think its disgusting there filing system and administration department sucks big time. I would do 10 times a better job. The people that works there makes it clear they only there for the money and don't give a rats bum of service delivery and helping our people. Very sad something needs to be done and I will escalate this complaint till the right person or someone with a heart does something about this . People are dying because of this negligence and to hear that people with breathing problems are being shown away my god.
