I wish I can give them zero, I'm a direct payer and been with medical aid since 2020, I then joined Fedhealth last year November, I gave them membership certificates to prove that I was a member without a break, now everytime if I or one of my kids is sick, they always refuse with authorization, I don't know what else do we need to do, I first joined Flexifed savy, then I was told it a PMB cover, I changed to MyFed, they said MyFed is not PMB cover, now if I'm sick they always say MyFed is a PMB cover. I'm suffering now with Asthma and Fedhealth is refusing with authorization, although we have done with 3 months waiting period. Even Jeremy their principal officer is relaxed, I wrote to him more than 8 times, but he doesn't care and he doesn't respond to my grievances. I'm regretting joining Fedhealth, they're toying with our lives.
I've been trying to take a cover with them, and it been years now. But they keep declining my application, with no reason, I just need to know what type of people they need in their company.
Assupol doesn't fullfil the promises in the event of claim. Until Hello Peter is reached, I don't understand them most of the times, if a claimant want the claim to be finalized, he or she must fight 😞 it really stressful
Fedhealth don't want to extend the length of stay as all the documents they needed was sent by Life St Joseph, they now run around and they frustrate me. I spoke to them yesterday they said they want DSMIV FORM stamped from hospital and treating Dr, I called hospital case managers to speed up the process, now that they have everything they are turning a blind eye. I regret joining Fedhealth.
I don't know what to do anymore with Assupol, they don't communicate, even if I send emails they don't respond, I tried calling countless times but no one would pick the phone. This is frustrating a lot. I submitted a claim in September 9 till today it not solved. I don't know anymore I feel defeated and disrespected at the same time.
I have a policy with IUA, Insurer is Hollard, now it happened that my policy lapsed and I paid all their premiums, now when I'm asking iua they said Hollard doesn't want to reinstate my policy, although they took the money I paid, Hollard is this how you treat your clients? Are you this mean and wicked? Why are you exploiting me this much?
I have a policy with Assupol, but without my knowledge they removed my son, I wasn't told, I called them few minutes ago and I was told that Amogelang( the claim assessor) is the one who removed my son. And what makes me upset is that they're saying that it is my request, I didn't requested that my son should be removed. I'm very unhappy and angry at Assupol. They always frustrate me.
Assupol made an empty promises, they have been telling me the same story from 12:00 midday till now. I can see they're trying to avoid me, I've been in the dark since last week.my number is 0633628100
I wish to give them 0 stars, what they are doing to me is very mean, yesterday I was on my own, Hollard sent me an email confirming that they have approved the claim for payment, that claim was for my son, April claim, so their infant IUA then sent me a **** proof of payment, to my surprise till this morning there are no funds in my account. My number is 0633628100. They even sent me an sms at IUA, but it was another lie. They always lying.
Hollard is the most wicked insurance company I've ever seen, they are playing hide and seek with me since March 2025, my 2 kids were sick and got admitted in hospital, but Hollard is refusing to pay. Instead they sent Lutendo to help, but he was just pretending, failed at last. After that Hollard sent a guy to ask the admission proofs from the hospital, they were given, everything was confirmed, but still Hollard is lying, claiming that my kids were not in hospital, they also say that my kids are not on the hospital system for that admission.
