I just came from this shop to buy the fish oil that's advertised in pamphlet 2 deals per customer that equals to 4 bottles, while in the store its pasted I'n store 2 deals as well as on the pamphlet advertised, when you got at till the story change 2 one deal per customer, stop playing with us as customers, I was then approached by the retail manager and he couldn't give me an answer when I asked why are you advertise different, cause it's within my right as per the adverti*****t they bluntantly refused to help me and insisted I can't take the 2 deals as per the adverti*****ts that's everywer on social media, this store mitchells plain Cape town are known for falsely advertising, you are in breach of not following through on what you advertise as per the customer protection act, however customer that purchased earlier today qualified for 2 per deal what happened with treating customers fairly stop playing with our people because we are coloured n yes I'm not being racial but thats how you are treated in this store you are looked by colour cause I'm white areas you don't get treated this way or misleaded by advertise n instore different oh n this retail manager not sure what he is refused to give he's name
Still waiting on our debit order to be refunded from Jan that was deducted in error from cartrack n staff mess up side
This place deducted an amount that wer not suppose to be deducted, in Jan 2022, consultant called and advised that the sales person did not log it as a promotion and will get refunded the amount that was deducted in ther error still waiting it's almost March
This place deleted my review on there page and blocked me seems like they have been doing this before that's why you dont see bad reviews on ther page but only good from family members, staff and friends ....makes you think were is all the bad reviews removed maybe, threatened or bribed maybe like they trying to do with me before they pay my R21000 that they charged us for returning a car in less than a month due to bad service and delivery now they want me to sign a letter with unthrutful statements on to make the dealership look good and cover for there practice with illegal clauses on like" posting my personal information on social media" this place is the worst ever take note there is no bad reviews on the page cause they make it disappear, you can only be good in something if you have been doing it for a while n that's what they are good in a bad service and sweeping it under the mat, i wont sign your letter that you want me to sign with lies on cause you know what took place cant you be honest just for ones in your life , you think money can fix lies , unethical practices and they suffering and stress you did pit my daughter thru, people need to know this business is not good , they all smiles on the floor but once papers signed its game change, no customer ethics nothing, service bad, communication bad ,
This place want me to sign a letter with untruthful information before they re imburse the cancellation amount of R21000 due to there poor service delivery they twisting things on the letter and when i said its untruthful im told they not changing it, manipulative and unethical
I have contacted the call center regarding a sound after tracker was installed a beep sound , yesterday 2 days later the technician came out after i called and said i will cancel as im within my 5 days , so technician came and told me the beep sound that i hear when switching off is normal on a polo were i told him cant be cause sound wasn't there, he insisted its standard on all polos and yes if he do check the unit and they dont find anything wrong i will be charged a call out fee meantime i wasnt even told about a call out fee, clearly the beep sound is not standard on a polo cause i confirmed that with a mechanic , do this people know what they tell customers it puts uncer*****y to the customer in terms of something might be wrong with the car, the beep sound still there can you tell me whats the sound caiae its not the car
They sell you a bad car and when you return they charge you a cancellaton , dishonest place with unethical business practice
I had the most disturbing, emotional and unethical interaction with this place. Because of it being a dealership i followed this route to buy a car through them but today im so upset that i actually did. The services n the things that was promised that wasn't delivered and no sense of ownership taken from anyone no customer service or seeing to customer needs, This dealership made me sick, the dishonesty and no sense of pride taken.Bought a car cash and within less than a month we returned the car due to service delivery and not delivering on what was advised n discussed they charged us a 15% cancellation fee that equal to R21000 and then to top the story off they then threaten you if you dont sign the letter stating that you are agreeing to the 15% due to unrealistic expectations then they wont pay the remaining balance of R139000 n will give the car back that you are returning so they threaten n force that you must sign the letter even thou we told them the statement is not true we are bringing and canceling due to poor service delivery. I was even threatened that my personal information will be posted on social media if i do tell my story on social media platforms, i bet if it was a bank purchase they wouldnt have treated the customer with such disrespect , racist comments n unprofessional tactics. So please stay away from this place especially if you buy cash cause then you dont have the bank to help you fight this , but to end this off even the sale man told me on black and white about how the place is managed , the things that take place n cases that's pending with ombudsman but guess all those customers was made quite by threats like they did with us , so let's see and wait for my personal info to be posted ...

Auto Focus dealership in parow the worst service ever, the manager NizaamFredericks ... please stay away from this people they are dishonest and lie behind other people using other peoples names to cover for there lies ....the manager dont attend to your calls or messages , i paid for this car cash however the promises that was made to fix things wasn't done, the body work, the alarm not working, the roof that was added that i weren't happy with The boss say that the client thats me have a coloured mentality , then the salesman tell the client again wow things promised that wasn't done and the manager avoids your message and calls even the salesman blocked me and then threatened with a 20% cancelation if i cancel the deal was the worst experience ever , trust me i got the car back today after they had it for 2 weeks paid for it cash on the 30th oct got it back today aftwr the car was with me 24 hrs i advised about the issues they returned it today the 19th still in the same condition even worst more dents added yet the things that they had to fix and promised to fix wasn't done , unprofessional , dishonest and minipulative bunch of individuals, say things was done but not done , service had to be done they only did a oil change n guess what came back with more body scratches 2 it the spare wheel the thread is coming through they really disgusting in there service and no client etiquette or take pride in what they sell like he say i have a colored mentality...
