I bought clothes and 1 of the items I took wrong size when I arrived at home thats when I realized. I was penalized by Telkom about the debit order that bounced on the date that we didn't agreed about, 22 Dec 2023, our agreement date is the 25 of every month. Other creditors send me notification to make me aware debit will be earlier but nothing Telkom. They're debit is for R59.00 now they want 262 because of their admin. I tried to call them butno luck especially departure contract dept. These are the numbers I've called 181180, 180, 10210 and callback 0219009600 all of them no help callback machine answered about full voice message 2nd time it calls but it was quite. I'm disappointed with Telkom they're unjust rush penalized hence is their fault. Welile Cangci
