Fraud company. Do not touch their website. I made an online purchase from this site on fb. The total purchase price on the site from a company called "FOCUS NOVELTY PTY" suspiciously increased to more than a R100 when final payment was made. The invoice price vs the payment price differed. These red flags got me suspicious. The item I was buying was a 4 in 1 electric plug in to your vehicle jack and the price was fairly reasonable but not "too good to be true" scenario. So I was under the impression I was making an authentic purchase. I emailed them no response. Too bad Hellopeter won't allow a review unless I click at 1 star orelse I would have given them a minus

As soon as a higher amount got paid from my bank I sent the merchant an email. 9 hrs later I contacted Ayola at Capitec fraud dept who was kind and friendly and logged a complaint. Within 24hrs Capitec reversed the payment to my account. Now this gives me confidence in my bank Capitec. My bank protected me. Their fraud policy assists their clients so long as one behaves responsible. NB: Fraud is rife in SA so expect to hold for a bit. Someone will answer. I had to hold for a while before Mr Ayola answered. But once he did he was of great relief. Thank you Mr Ayola of Capitec Fraud department and thank you Capitec Bank. You get your tap on the back from me.
Themba the owner of Park and Take Off operating in PE and for now he is focusing on servicing clients for PE Airport. His service is excellent. Communication is on the button and his punctually is better than the Eskom guy who switches on loadshedding lol. Very reliable and professional. As a private entrepreneur on would question his credibility but had the awesome chance of enjoying his service. Even his staff are polite and professional. Your vehicle will be kept safe and washed and cleaned if required. Great guy, great service. Top company
Primefin is a scam company. They are not interested in helping you to make money. They will tell you any bs story to get you to invest more money so they can make more commission off your deposits. I dealt with the small scammer who calls to get you to sign on, her name is Oxanne, then the next crook is Kelly, she is a financial manager and the expert crook is Ben Knows nothing about trading on the stock market yet he is a super conman. They will even convince you that I am their competition therefore I am writing negative reviews. Trust me I was a client who is furnished the way these crooks conned me. Don't touch Primefin Especially South Africans. They are crooks I can assure you
Sandiswe from Premier banking suite made banking seemed so easy this morning. Requested a document I thought would be a nightmare to get but in a simple detailed message the agent directed me to the pot of gold. Within a minute the document was already sent to its final destination. We'll done Sandiswe. We need bankers like you champ.
Wish I could give Cell C a zero rating. At 8.30 this morning I called customer service to buy R100 airtime so I can make calls to 086/087 nos. I have more than 800 minutes avail to call any other network. Agent Busisiwe sold me the R100 airtime to be charged on my next bill. I try to make a 086 call and it won't go through. I call back, spoke to Sakhane, she advised that the airtime was loaded and he is opening the line so I can make special calls. Tried again 086 but no joy. Called back spoke to Thabiseng, she sed that she is opening the line and I will be able to make the 086 call. Thabiseng sed that if I had a problem and I can call back and ask for her. Tried again. Still NO JOY. Called back, spoke to Simphiwe, she told me that the agents never switch the network bearings off therefore I could not make the call. I can go ahead and make the call. Once again call won't go through. Almost one and a half hours back and forth with Cell C customer service I called back and spoke to Kanya. Kenya explained there is no way that the agent can open the lines to male special calls. The agent should have explained when selling the R100 airtime that special calls can not be made with the airtime. Instant recharge can only be used for any network calls he said. I tell him I have more than 800 mins any network why would I want to buy R100 airtime if I can not make a special call with it. I told the agents I need to call an 0860 no. So I asked Kanya to have the airtime reversed since I can not use it nor do I need it and I was misinformed. Unfortunately they can not refund me. Ok, so how can I make a call to a special number as a Cell C subscriber? Sorry Sir, you have to go to a tuck shop and buy the airtime then you can make the calls. Bit I am a contract customer why cant Cell C just sell me the airtime? No It can not be done from our side. You have to go purchase and load that airtime. I told Kanya that I had purchased R100 airtime and was able to male special calls in the past with no issues. Apparently Cell C since updated the systems and now you can't. What utter bs. Asked Kanya to transfer me to Busisiwe so I can ask her why did she sell me a product I don't need or can't use but was told that he can not transfer me to other agents. I explained him that Thabiseng told me if I have a problem call back and ask for her so was that suppose to happen. He's not sure. Cell C has a moto to Move forward. They are moving backwards. I will never renew with these clowns again. There products have too many limits and it's not a convenient service. Agents are misinformed and passing on misinformation.
The Scoin Shop in Gateway sold me Mandela Bi-metallic coins. They guaranteed me at the time of purchase that if I kept it for 5 years I will certainly earn a profit as they will certainly buy it back from me for more than what I paid. They also pitched to me that the coins will be kept in the or vault for free so there is no risk of loss or theft. 6 years later they won't buy it back nor can they sell it as they say there is no interest for such coins. The guy who sold me the coins, Rory no longer works at the Scoin Shop in Gatsway. Now when I am demanding my coins back and they are paying me 25% less than what I paid they wanted me to pay for Vault holding fees. I had to fight my way to have those fees wavered aswell despite the loss. Becareful when dealing with the Scoin Shop in Gateway. Bad news.
When Rain first came along the data speeds were fine. Now I do understand that Rain has more clients and the demand is greater, but what is Rain doing to upgrade infrastructure... Nothing! Even when you send emails to complain support does not respond. It is sad. You take the publics money to don't prove the service. Due to lockdown so many are relying on data to keep entertained, we put our trust in Rain. What a disappointment.
Bunch of crooks. Manager Lorraine never comes to attend your needs. Place is a dump. Filthy. It's a fraud. Show pics of a Palace but when you get there all you see is incomplete building construction. Don't go near it.
