On 03/02/2026 I received an email that my Temu order was out for delivery. At around 10am of the same day I received another email stating that my order has been delivered. I then call fastway Durban to query this, as I had not received a call to come collect my package as some delivery companies usually do. I was redirected to Fastway in Port Shepstone where I was told to chat with them via WhatsApp. I proceeded to tell them that no delivery was made to me. I was told to wait while they were contacting the driver. They forwarded a WhatsApp message from t driver that said the package was given to "a landlord named Olin". I disputed this as I do not have a landlord named Olin and I had not received nor signed off on the package. I then received a WhatsApp call from the supposed driver who said he delivered the package. I told him that he was lying about delivering the package to me and he proceeded to verbally assault, the exact words were "**** you". I have lodged a complaint via email (info@fastway.co.za). I have never received such a poor service from a courier company. I would not recommend anyone use this service as no one will account or help you when things go wrong.
Pathetic customer care service, tried booking my car in for service via telephone , the call was dropped multiple times.
I ordered a pizza on 02/10/2021 from Shop No 3 Times Square Cnr 5Th Avenue &, Heugh Rd, Walmer. The delivery man arrived with a speed point with a dead battery and promised to go back and fetch one that does work. As expected, he did not return. I would not recommend purchasing your pizza from this company.
Amidst the deadly Covid-19 pandemic, the bus drivers were not wearing masks which to some extent reduces the chances of receiving or transmitting the virus to others. Passengers also followed suit and took their masks off as there was no one to ensure that masks are worn at all times. From Durban to Cape Town, if someone is sick, most of us will be infected. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER TAKING THIS BUS!
I have just signed up to Naked, after receiving tons of calls from other short-term insurers. Signing up is seamless, Prices are very competitive and support is excellent.
Applied for vehicle finance 3 weeks ago, sent in all the necessary documentation, however I have not received a response whether the deal has been approved or declined. When I call to enquire I get sent from pillar to post. Really disappointed with the quality of service (or lack of) received from Standard bank, especially since all my accounts are with them.
Consultants are rude, dismissive and you hardly ever find the parts you're looking for. Do not waste your time with these people
