Brian from Autowrap SA is the most ********* person i have come across. He asks for a deposit and then never responds after payment is made. He has moved premises from Sandton to Westhill Business Estate in Sunderland Ridge in Centurion. From what i've gathered, this seems to be a trend with this guy.. STAY AWAY from this place. I've been running after this guy for months!

We travelled with Ethiopian airlines on the 17 Dec and have had the most appalling service. The flight was delayed and we just made it for our connecting flight. Unfortunately we arrived in Turkey but our luggage did not. It has been an absolute mission getting hold of anyone from the airline and the call center is useless. We had to continuously follow up with lost and found. After being without our bags for 3 days we got our bags at about 10:30 pm last night but we only received 2 bags and still missing one bag. We had to change travel plans, go shopping for clothing, do without medication. It has been emotionally draining and exhausting when we supposed to be enjoying our travels. We were not offered any compensation or support and are still missing a bag with no idea why it was not delivered with the other 2 when we told that it was located. Please do not use this airline!!!
I am totally appalled by the type of service, or should I say lack thereof from Zone Fitness! I put in 2 requests for contract cancellation, with the latest being on the 16th August 2020 as my 24 month contract ended in July 2020 (contract start date: 01 July 2018). I received a call from the relevant Zone Fitness representative around the 24th of August 2020 stating that a premium for August would still be debited as they needed a 20 day written notice for cancellation. I agreed to this as my first request for cancellation could not be picked up. I have subsequently sent through 2 follow up emails to him for confirmation of contract cancellation but have received no response. I have received an sms that my contract will now end in October 2020.. These guys freaken crazy!!! I am sick and tired of the ****py service from this gym. It was this type of service that resulted in me not even going to the gym. Learning from my mistakes, i would rather pay a bit extra and sign up with the other gym in the area. I guess the saying "Cheap is no good" is totally true.
I would like to take this opportunity to extend a heartfelt thank you to Zidaan for the excellent and professional service that he provided to me. Although I had purchased a used vehicle, Zidaan made me feel as if though I was VIP client during the pre-sale and post-sale period. Thank you Zidaan for proving the existence of Good Customer Service!!
I have requested on numerous occassions closure of my RCS General Purpose and RCS Game accounts. I get told each time that it will be closed within 72 business hours. This does not happen. The accounts are all paid up in full. Yet i am expected to pay the monthly account fee? Total rip-off!!
Pathetic pre-sale customer service. Contact centre (facebook chat) utterly useless. I've already begun moving my existing business to MTN. I have also begun helping my family members with the same move. Vodacom has dropped the ball far too many times. Time to move!
