"I'm extremely disappointed with Infinitec Cook Ware's service. Since 11/02/2026, I've been given different stories and false promises about my order delivery. Despite providing the correct address, the courier has been sent to the wrong location. I've called the call centre multiple times, and they've failed to return my calls or provide a resolution. This is unacceptable. I demand a resolution and a proper update on my order status."
I had unauthorized payment, on the 24th March 2024 I then requested a refund because I never authorised that payment and I don't know it. They said we were unable to confirm *****ulent activity in this case, so no refund will be provided by Google. I need my money back.
Absa haven't handled my complain, I wrote my experience regarding the logbook that they do not send it to me me.they requested my nearest branch where I can go and collect. But there's nothing. Whenever I write an email she respond after 24 hours the number that she gave me for calls doesn't go through. I have all the proof in my emails I guess she just ignore me it's close to a month now dealing with the same thing.
I have a problem with absa I requested the my Log Book on the 22 of August 2023 I was assisted by the lady name Desiree she said I must send the address of the nearest Absa branch I did that on the same day she said I must wait for 7 working days,I waited after that I did a follow up from her because in the nearest branch they said they haven't received the parcel. There's no communication from her instead when I wrote a follow up email she said I must check with the Absa bank otherwise they will return the parcel,I am checking with the Hillcrest Absa bank everyday but they say they haven't received the parcel. On top of that I paid the same amount twice they said it doesn't reflect on their side after that they said on their side it shows that I reversed the amount of which in my account there's nothing that proves that. I won't recommend Absa finance Vehicle to anyone because my car was payed up last year.when I visited the branch they said I should call Accounts department because I wanted my Logbook when I call Accounts they said I should call Legal because the car was on Arrears, when I call Legal they don't answer it's been a week now,no one is answering the call I don't know what to do now. Am running around like a chicken.
I wouldn't recommend cartrack on anyone. They debit money on anyday that they feel like any amount they want.
I am not happy with what cartrack is doing,they gave me a horrible service providing the wrong information. even when I asked to speak to the supervisor she didn't help me she had attitude. They debit amount in my account anytime they want to and they debit any amount they want to debit not the actual amount. The guy who I had a conversation with who is Sello Motadinyane at the Accounts department was even laughing at me which made me angry. Am not happy with their service at all they don't know how to threat customers.
I have an TFG account I have been paying it every month but suddenly now its blocked,why ? There's no communication or what's so ever. What kind of a joke is this? Is this how you threat your customers?
