Title: I took my Mercedes-Benz GLC to Bosch Car Service Talladega Auto Clinic on 15 October 2025 for a routine service. What should have been a straightforward experience turned into an absolute nightmare. After collecting my car, I discovered a diesel leak — an extremely dangerous and negligent oversight that could have caused a fire or serious damage. When I returned to the branch, the manager and mechanic treated the issue with disinterest and arrogance, as if I was being unreasonable for expecting a safe, properly serviced vehicle. Their attempt to “fix” the problem only made things worse. The engine cover was left unsecured, my interior and garage were soaked with diesel, and the front panel beneath the steering wheel was hanging loose. This level of negligence is unacceptable and dangerous. To make matters worse, each time I got my car back, it came back with more damage, more excuses, and zero accountability. Instead of resolving the issue, they caused new ones every single time. When I had to return for the third time, I was met with rudeness and a foul attitude from Benny, the manager. He offered more excuses, showed no remorse, and when I tried to address the matter further — he literally hung up the phone on me. That’s the level of “customer service” you can expect from this place. At this point, I have no faith in their competence or integrity. I am left with a car I no longer trust and the clear impression that this branch is both unsafe and unprofessional. Bosch should be ashamed to have their brand associated with such gross negligence, shocking workmanship, and disgraceful behavior. If you value your vehicle, your safety, or your sanity — stay far away from Bosch Car Service Talladega Auto Clinic. Their carelessness and attitude are dangerous, and their management is a disgrace.
The worst ****ming place ever to buy your car, worst is both sales people and customer care are not willing to assist with any query. The car I bought was a gold stamp and that was a complete lie, the car issues after diagnosis was well over R50000 and they still needed me to run around and get to the RMI place and now that I had my proof they do not want to pay back my money. After all my failed attempts to get proper feedback as to when I’ll get my money, no one is unable to say. I even tried to escalate the matter to the manager at Customer Service (Shane Beige)- the most RUDE and unwilling so called manager ever, she wanted to do all the talking and worse part she didn’t even have her ducks in a row as I have an emails confirmation of things and she comes with policies and procedures with no correct info. She was also very disrespectful when I asked for her to try and assist in the refund matter and where it is now. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY. Their employees are even worse than the cars that they sell.
Today marks the 3rd time resending my claim form each time I call to follow up on my claim I am met with “there’s missing information” and yet NO ONE from Liberty Corporate has the decency to communicate with me. About a month ago I had complained about the financial advisor and I bet now they just being malicious. I hate Liberty and it’s level of unprofessionalism
Took my laptop in working with just a broken screen and they gave me a qoute after they had diagnosed it and I paid it with no questions. Then they went silent when I called in days after I was informed of a broken hinge and case which suddenly now needs replacement, mind you when I took it in they were perfectly fine and now my quote went from 13k to 17k just for a hinge which was fine till they handled it. I rejected the 2nd quote and said I would collect the pc and I called before collecting and they said it’s ready and to my shock - I found my laptop in pieces, worse than it was when I took it in and they don’t even have the decency to put back the *****s and put together like I had dropped it off. Now I have a thing that won’t even switch on with wires and parts falling out. NEVER TRUST THEM WITH YOUR ELECTRONICS 😡😡😡
Very ****** Manager. We had brunch there today whilst we were still dining there the manager did his rounds checking on everyone and asking how their food was and just because we were black he literally just gave us the side eye and passed us like nobodys. And it very unfortunate because the food was great and waitress that assisted us was awesome- the only problem was the ****** MANAGER😡
We recently bought the Rain 5G package and when it arrived it did not have internet after I tried restarting and literally just failing at all my attempts, so I called their support and spoke to a lady called Nokwanda Mdlalose. She was theeeee nicest consultant ever she patiently guided me what I needed to do and even made me feel less of a dock than I felt. I laughed through out the call. The best was when she went an extra mile for me and checked my connectivity “strength” and she located the nearest tower for me which is something I did not have a clue off. @ Nokwanda Mdlalose, keep up the awesome job and rain is really going places because of people like her
I am currently on the Dstv ACCESS Package which is R99 and yet I'm continuously requested to pay R173.99. No can explain why I'm paying close to double my subscription fee every month. Dstv is robbing us and they don't even have the decency to respond to my email or give me my refund
I placed an order on Black Friday and it was only delivered 10 January 2020 with wrong items. The worst is this useless online store doesn't even revert back to emails or even answer their phones. Planet54 are thieves and they rob people of their money. The worst online store ever
I placed an order over a month ago and to date I have received nothing. I've tried tracking it on the app but nothing, I've tried to get in contact with them NOTHING. They don't even have the decency to answer calls or respond to customer email. They are the worst online store ever All I want now is my money back
