Yesesss, I had to cancel my order before experiencing what other people are complaining about. Seems like a dodged a bullet and thanks to your disrespectful technician who was complaining about having to walk 3 times. Long story short on why I was disrespected, consultant who created the order just asked if I stay in Unit 30, and without thinking is said Yes because it is the same number as the apartment Block. This guy complained about everything and talking as if he is doing me a favor. He started by calling earlier in the morning around 9am, advising he will come after an hour. I had to call around 13:52 to check where he is only to experience such behavior...I need my order canceled immediately
For some funny reason Netflix and Dstv stream is not working on sansui...i have 2 Tvs both sansui smart tvs and both of them want me to update software or device. When I check on settings, both tvs are on current software version and I can't get anyone to assist me with this. Word of advice, DON'T BUY SANSUI PRODUCTS, rather buy tvs with funny names if u can't afford proper brands coz wow
This is the 4th-6th month having an issue with rain where our internet connection dissappear for 3-5 minutes 5/6 times in an hour. I'm paying close to R800 every month and I even moved funds for them not to find them from my account at one point as I'm paying for a service that I'm struggling to use. We've been promised a call from the technical team but to this day, nothing. They reset the router and asked me to remove it from the plug and reset at the bottom but still. Where the router is, we were advised internet connection is strong so what seems to be the issue?
It's a pity there isn't any negative stars for such companies...so I asked my wife to book for an ultrasound at Peermed Kempton Park for Saturday and confirmation was that our appointment is for 10:45. The time was perfect for me as I had other appointments later on the day. They called us to make a payment around 11:10am but were only called in at 13:30 for an ultrasound. So we couldn't go anywhere since payment was already made and had to wait over 2 hours to be called in while we booked. R480 for 5 minutes service because it was almost knockoff time. Some people who got there after us went in first. I don't think anyone who is eager to see their little one play or movements should prefer Peermed. They only do measurements, heartbeat and scans...USELESS COMPANY THAT ONE
Yerrr, I'm fed up with pie city. Why don't you just open a bakery and sell bread, scones, cake or anything that's baked with nothing inside. I bought my last pie today at the busy corner mall and ate pastry from start to finish. You don't deserve a star
super disrespectful manager looking to remind you its your account instead of coming with a way to solve the issue at hand...They don't answer calls nor respond to emails...their WhatsApp line is always offline...I made a payment of just over R12k between April & May 2020, called my creditors and the last payment they received was in Feb 2020, where are my funds going. when you ask them questions, they are quick to terminate your contract. very RUDE people and BAD company to help anyone with anything
M dissapointed the hellopeter does not have negative ratings...i have fraud on my accout which i reported 1st thing when i saw notifications on my phone. I called on the 17th/12 to block my card and open a fraud case. I was on hold for the fraud department for almost an hour till your IVR gave an option to leave a message and someone will call me back. I never received a call for almost a week and only when i called to follow up i was told i need a reference number (which i didnt have). Had to be on a call for an hour 30 minutes (i even have screenshots) to be assisted. Consultant gave me a ref number and advised it might take up to 3 weeks...i called in to follow up today and call was disonnected. Where is the customer service in this? There were purchases made on my account which i know nothing about, i called u to notify u and this is how u treat us. I don't even receive the pop up messages for me to confirm if I'm the account holdet yet purchased were made whilst i was sleeping.
There is a pending fraud investigation on my account. Called nedbank to block my card and was advised to go make a temp card. I was sitting at the Kaalfontein branch for about 30 minutes till a call came through and 1 staff member advised to take the call outside. I did as instructed and when i was done they didn't allow me in saying that they are closed. Even worse, i was with my young brother who was still inside. I called him and asked him to talk to the guy assisting with the door and he refused, even the guy who said i should go out. We had to ask around for money to get back home since we had no other option. Your service is poor and as soon as u r done with the investigation I'm cancelling my 12 year relationship with you. No respect for your customers
