since April-May 2025 i made my withdrawal amount. I have been calling them so much i do not know how much airtime i have spent on them. 1. I am withdrawing all my money. Fine they take my forms. 2. The problem started when i was doing status on my application. imagine from April you are getting one message from every call you make after 10 working days. Which they tell you "we have escalated your problem to our administrator they will forward your process fast. Guess what still waiting even today.
Since March 2025, I have been going back and forth with this people demanding my money. They take me from pillar to stone. I started calling them once a month asking them when they gonna pay, they say next month. I changed to calling twice in a month, they say call after 10 days if payment is not done. The last 3 months calling them 3 times or more in a month. They tell me 1 thing. Your matter we have escalated to admin. Till today is with admin but I call every week. Stay away from this fund
The payment did go through on bolt but standard bank says outstanding card authorisation. I ask my self if it didn't go through who has my money. This is my money we work for it. I got stuck cause I only had my card with me. So I think Standard Bank is time we go our separate way. You will tell me about 14 days. Some of us that money is the only money we have to use.
They showed that they really want their clients to be happy and they invistigates till figured what happened and I was pleased.
This people I have cancelled my application before the debit order and yet they still withdraw. But was told I can withdraw and money will be refunded anytime before the commencing date.
On the month of January 27 2021 i made a payment for my february service. Come 27 february 2021 when i must pay the system says the next payment will be on the 1st of April 2021. I was happy that am getting a free month wow lucky me. They dnt cut my internet service off or any the whole of March and February. Now on the 14 of April 2021 they cut me off saing my account is due. They have always cut you in time and you make pay first before you begin your month is either they cut you off on rhe 25th or 1st. Now they cut me off on the 14th of April 2021. They dnt sent you an email of alerting you or anything you just see you dnt have internet access. We pay for this services because we rely on internet or kids business use this alot
I ordered online and paid online and i orderd the food at 13:55 and till now i haven't recieved my order i want my money back and your system is poor and no one was available to answer my calls
