I have the same experience as others who have received poor service from this company. I ordered a product on their website in December 2024 and only after they received my payment did they advise me that they were out of stock. There was no indication on the website that they were out of stock! Their 'customer service' team advised me via email on two occasions that they were awaiting stock. I then requested a refund and received an email advising that my refund would be processed. It has been a few weeks and my refund has not arrived and my emails are now not being answered. Furthermore, when phoning the listed 'customer services' number all you get is a message stating that customer services is not available and to send them an email which doesn't get a response. My last email to their so called 'customer services' also cc'ed their sales and technical inbox. I await with bated breath a response. This is a really poor experience and I would advise anyone who dares to order from this company to stay away from them. Go elsewhere!!!!!!
So, I stumbled across a tv special from Fair Price whilst searching online. I purchased the TV online and started tracking my order as delivery was stated as 3-5 business days. My obline order status tracking kept showing 'at the warehouse'. I sent an online query about the expected delivery date and received no response. I then sent an email to their customer service/help desk querying the delivery date and received no response. My daughter then called the support line and the lady was very helpful and promised to call back within an hour. I then did a review search on Fair Price and to my horror saw many bad reviews about deliveries. At this point I decided to drive to the warehouse to establish if I could make arrangements to collect my order. A very helpful gentleman advised that they don't permit collections for online orders but he would phone head office to see if they could help. A short while later a customer consultant called me to explain that they do not allow collections for online orders but that he would check to see if my delivery could be prioritised. A short while later he called to advise that due to the volume of orders my delivery would be in 2 days, best case but in 4 days, worst case. I was happy with that. He also committed to keep an eye on my order and report back to me daily. The next day, I received an email from another customer service consultant Noxolo to advise me that my order would be delivered that day. What a pleasant surprise! The order was delivered as promised and I am a happy customer. In my experience the customer service contact was efficient and satisfying. The only reason that I have not given a 5 star rating is due to the lack of communication to keep me informed about my order delivery status.
As a first time customer I was very pleased with my purchase experience from order to delivery. The product is exactly as I expected too.
So, I am appreciative of the traffic fine notifications and for the timely responses from Lindsay. However, I always receive the fine notications outside of the discount period and I always have to follow up for specific information about fines like the exact location, time and photograph. This information should be provided in the original notification. To date I have not received any photographs of any fines.
Product was exactly as described. Good information on order progress. Quick delivery.
PATHETIC customer service. My wife went to return a boot with a defect. They refused to replace it even though the person who was at the counter served me when she purchased. Absolute don't care attitude by her and whoever she called at head office. You have just lost a customer. Will never support them again!!!!!
I would like to commend this business, and in particular, Magnus, for excellent customer focus and after sales service. Solar Guru provided and installed a retrofit geyser solar panel system at my home and after 3 months I reported that the motor was running at night time. After providing further detail, Magnus called me, very courteously and accommodating, to schedule his technical team to investigate. Subsequently I also reported an error on the Geyserwise controller. They fixed the problem and needless to say I am a happy customer. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.
